I've given Osaka multiple chances, hoping the experience would improve with each visit. Unfortunately, it only seemed to get worse, particularly with the quality and consistency of the hibachi chefs. While I understand that each chef may have their own style, the drastic variations in taste were disappointing. On several occasions, the rice was overcooked to the point of being crispy, making it unpleasant to chew. The most recent visit was by far the worst. This location relies heavily on garlic butter, which I generally enjoy, but the amount used was excessive. By the time my food was served, it was drenched in a thick layer of oil--nearly half an inch deep--which completely overpowered the flavors and made the meal inedible. My partner and I were unable to eat more than a few bites before feeling unwell. Although the manager was kind enough to offer a replacement meal at no charge, the damage was done. Both of us felt sick for days afterward due to the overwhelming amount of garlic butter in the food.I've been enjoying hibachi my entire life, but this experience has left me unwilling to return to Osaka. Consistency and balance are essential in hibachi, and unfortunately, this location fails to deliver on both fronts. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experiences.

Came here with my coworkers on a Sunday, it was super slow which was nice for us (party of over 10 people).Drinks were yummy, especially the leeche cocktail, LOVE! Great selection of beers as well.Onto the food, I would say it was a bit expensive, I spent over $60 for my meal and I believe I chose regular steak (which was extremely tender).Overall, nice experience, the table I was at loved our food but the other half of us said their chef made their food wayyyy too greasy.

Found this place on Yelp! They have plenty of accessible parking and an elevator to go up the the stairs on the inside. Service was great and some we came at a weird time our food was prepared quickly. The food was delicious! I ordered the hibachi steak with fried rice. I was given the vegetables, noodles, soup and salad as part of the meal. I definitely think it's one of the better hibachi restaurants in metro Detroit. The ones I use to go to went downhill since covid. So check this place out!

Food and service were great. Creeped out by the man that stood and watched two of the chefs. He did not watch the Asian chefs.

Last night, my boyfriend and I made the decision to go to a Hibachi restaurant because we were craving Hibachi food, so we went to this restaurant. There were two individuals who were hosting or hosting. I informed them that we are deaf and unable to hear at all. I caused the young white/Mexican lady with black hair to laugh so hard when I told her we were deaf. It's very disrespectful for her to laugh so loudly in front of me and my boyfriend. It is important for her to develop the skills of being polite and respectful towards people with disabilities. It doesn't feel comfortable for me to be there. I used to go there all the time and I had a love for their food and sushi until now. It's a major disappointment for me to hear that they'll laugh when you're disabled. I instructed them to utilize the Note app on their phone to communicate with us. Although the man comprehended me, this lady is laughing so much it's as if she's about to cry and laughing in front of me and my boyfriend.

When we arrived we were promptly seated. We sat in the Hibachi side. Our waitress was perfect. We had to wait about 30 minutes before our chef arrived. We enjoyed watching him cook our food. Our portions were big. We will each get 2 additional meals. The atmosphere was nice. We watched a birthday celebration. It was a great experience and we will return.

We eat at this restaurant at least once a month. Normally Ken takes care of our table of 6-7 usually But he has retired a really great chef we ate there last night and every one ordered the D3 which is our favorite, Every thing was delicious except the filets were supposed to be med rare came off the grill well done. We did not have them recooked but this was a major flaw in our dining experience. Everything else was good, servers, so polite. And your staff always on point.

Super tasty sushi! I ordered take out, and they were very busy on a Thursday. This was my first time ordering and I will definitely try it again. The Friday night roll was the star for me. Warm and crunchy, flavorful and great sauce. I ordered the hibachi noodles based on a Yelp suggestion & I liked them, but I am excited to try other hibachi items instead. I recommend for sushi in clawson area. :)

This is one of the best hibachi places in Metro Detroit. Food quality is good, the flavor is good. Nice Hot Sake. Leftovers even tasted good which is rare.
