Orleans Sports Cafe

5/5 stars for the RANCH DRESSING- man, it's been a Looong time since I've had good homemade ranch dressing this good. The service was good- I sat at the bar I was like one of a few customers. Ambiance was more chill. Italian panini was enough for two meals.

Tvs, pool tables, and sports. All covered.The location is huge, plenty of space here with a nice bit of outside seating.There was no real welcoming feeling coming in the door. No one spoke, no one directed you, no one made eye contact. Very odd feeling and we almost left. The food was decent small improvements needed. The nachos were under the broiler just a bit to long so my cheese started to get hard and chips were a little hard. The chicken flavor was great.we had two different pizzas. Both were good. The server was excellent with the refills and her service. She really made up for the overall lack of initial welcome And this was tipped nicely. There was nothing stellar here and probably won't get a return visit. Greeting your customers goes sooo far.

Calling this a "cafe" makes it sound like a hole-in-the-wall. Even "sports bar" falls a bit short. You can't see it from the street, but Orleans is huge. There's nowhere that you can't see a TV screen, and there are pool tables in the back. We sat near the patio, just inside. On warm days like this, they open up the equivalent of two garage doors to let air into the restaurant. There was a nice breeze today, which is something you don't normally get to experience inside a restaurant. The Moscow Mule was strong. Both that and the beer were reasonably priced. The antipasto salad is a nicely-sized... you can easily share it with a few people. There's an ample amount of salami, ham, and shredded mozzarella, and the vegetables are fresh. The only downside was the dressing, which was about 50% oil, so much so that it couldn't be blended. Pouring off half of the oil, though, the dressing is solid but unremarkable. Maybe we'll get a different drawing next time.Yes, there will definitely be a next time. Even if we hadn't gotten anything else, the experience was good enough for a return visit. But, we did get something else, and it was so good that we're already adding Orleans to our rotation.We ordered The Sicilian pizza. I know, Sicilian pizza is "supposed" to be thick, but you will want to recalibrate your opinions. The thin crust pizza is phenomenal. It's flat-out (ha...get it?) one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever had. It's topped with Genoa salami, pepperoni, and fresh basil. The crust is crispy, with a crunch you don't normally get from even thin crust pizza. It's thin, but somehow also generously topped, including the amount of cheese and sauce. The fresh basil adds a real kick that you don't normally get from a pizza.The price was also very reasonable, and the service was good. Damn. I'm full, but I'm already thinking about having another piece of that pizza.

I was looking for a beer. Not much on draft but they have a few bottles available. I went with a Po' Boy and it was excellent. It would have been nice to have a sauce with it but it was perfectly cooked and I would highly recommend

Good service. I like the shuffle boards, darts, and pool tables. I always go for the Detroit style pizza and they do a good job with it!

This place was such a great spot for me during my college years. This was always so vibrant and lively on the weekends. It looks so quiet and sad this Friday night. I can't wait for this place to open again after the restrictions are lifted, hopefully in a week. This is the quietest I have ever seen this town and this bar has never been dark on a Friday or weekend since the pandemic started either.

Good sports bar with pool and shuffleboard and a good, reliable kitchen and a decent beer selection.

Doing the sports bar right! Food was good and priced right. Drinks were reasonable. Plenty of monitors to watch any game day event. Orleans has 8 pool tables and 3 shuffle board tables. I'll be back!

A good place to unwind, watch sports, drink, play pool, hang out, and have great burgers or bar food. I went on a Friday night and the management was following covid protocol, so I imagine when that's lifted completely this place is packed. Or at least it should be given its location and its excellent fare and environment.Parking on weekends wasn't a problem, either. There's a public lot across the street that's free after six, and there's other parking within a block's walk.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My husband and I were with a party of 8. We came in late. Got a few drinks and ate. The service was slow but we were patient. We cashed out and our party went to play darts. My husband went to the bar and sat there for 5-10 mins trying to get a drink. Both bartenders looked at him but never approached him so he left and came back to the party. He agrees that in frustration he put his arms up but that was it. The bartender, mike, came all the way to the back of the building to approached my husband extremely aggressive. Said that my husband was making "his employees feel uncomfortable by throwing his hands up." My husband explained that he waited there several minutes to get served. Mike, who seemed to be eyeballing him so much didn't even step in to serve him. Mike was very aggressive and vulgar. He was swearing at my husband to "get the fuck out of my bar." He got in my husband face several times, to the point that another person in our party questioned Mike's motives. We talked to the waitress that took care of our party of 8 to get the managers name because this behavior shouldn't be tolerated. Mike saw us talking to her and approached us again with violent behavior. He continued to be very aggressive and rude towards my husband. Mind you we just spent over 50$ at this establishment and our party of 8 spent even more. I Looked at all the reviews for this establishment... we aren't the only ones questioning this waitstaff. This place was dead on a Friday night and I can see why. I cannot believe a bartender would be so aggressive and disrespectful to a customer. We even told Mike, who seemed to be very agitated and aggressive, to review the cameras as his story was false. He proceeded to again cuss at us and treat us disrespectfully. I wouldn't advise going here. We spent well over $50 (our party of 8 spent over $300) to get disrespected by employees. My husband was just trying to get a drink- which would profit the bar- and got disrespected for doing so. We ended up leaving and going somewhere that actually valued their customers
