Worst customer service ever. Female in drive thru had attitude with basic questions as if I'm not spending my money. Definitely would never stop here again. Gone head and quit babygirl if you are really that miserable. Tuesday 10/19 9 am I'd advise any manager to put her on bathroom detail or just fire her. Dam I'll keep my lil $6 , and yeah as you can tell I got time today !!

This is the second coney that i have been to that has conveniently forgotten something i ordered and also messed up what they did give me. i ordered steak and eggs. i asked for my steak to be cooked medium well with 4 eggs and hashbrowns. i also ordered orange juice. what i received was the hardest fucking steak i have ever had in my entire life. No cap. I didn't get the orange juice that i ordered which was repeated back to me nor was i charged for it but how many times do i have to ask for something before i actually get it. i don't like that and i probably will never go back there again because who the fuck burns a steak and then gives it to someone?

I've never ate here for breakfast - i'm more of a drive-thru type of person wing dings and chili cheese fries FAN. Lol! I be on a mission.Nothing really fancy about this place - just a quick coney spot. The line is normally LIT, so don't think you'll be in and out super quickly. I normally go here during the late hours. Not too much to say here.Happy Eating!!!

I ordered a farmers omelet today and it looked so good but as I dug into it there was a black hair in it! Not on top but inside! needless to say I was completely grossed out! I called and informed the young lady taking orders and she told me to bring it back and they'd "make it right" first of all I'm at work and secondly I'm certainly not about to eat anything else from there!!! There are men doing the cooking and they don't have anything covering their heads! I was starving but I lost my appetite when I saw that hair in my food!!!! FYI "Cover your heads"!!They've lost me as a loyal customer!

the fakest food you could buy from a fast food place. Burt my chilli cheese box after dropping the fries in there fresh out the grease and instead of changing the box they flipped it upside down.

Just left this Coney Island not even 5 minutes ago I placed the order of a corn beef sandwich. They gave my sandwich with it less than a minute, so I knew something was up then as I got my sandwich it looked OK, but the bread was so soggy it started to break up into pieces, it was horriblebread dry I just wasted my money. I was so irritated and I had to go to my kids football and cheerleading game so I was no longer to take the food back. I had to throw it away.

I love their service , they are always fast and polite. My favorite Coney Island. Rather it's breakfast, lunch , or dinner they are on point.

This used to be a great coney now the cashier's are so rude I won't ever be back I should not feel like I'm bothering you to spend my money. I REALLY WISH THAT EMPLOYERS WOULD FIRE RUDE CASHIER'S ITS TO MANY PEOPLE THAT WANNA WORK THIS PLACE JUST RUINED MY MOOD UUGGHHH. I remember when this place used to be packed now it's looks like their barely surviving compliments of those rude ass women that work there. It's truly sad there should be a class on how to give good customer service this is ridiculous if you want to be treated nice and with respect do not I repeat don't go here the guys are fine it's the women they are unnecessarily rude. You have been warned

Never going to them again just called to speak to a manager to make a complaint about they fried chicken salad that had old lettuce, old tomatoes and rotten cucumber on the salad and was told that's all they have to sever the customers wow really this is really sad you take our money and give us old food for a high price never again will you get a penny of my money or my family and friends

This albanian owned spot is the best in all of detroit! The owner is such a nice man and really loves me and my kids!!!!!!!!!!! God bless this place
