BBQ food tent/portable grill/smoker operation who is currently big in the recently born Oak Park area breweries scene. Really good food. And they tailor to each alcohol venue. Most notable when one brewery had their big bourbon barrel aged beer release they used staves from an aging barrel to final smoke. The prices are good, and the staff is great. Even circulating when times are slow to pass out take home containers. But most important is that they have great BBQ and sides.

We just enjoyed their delicious beef brisket at Dog & Pony in Oak Park. It was fork tender, perfectly spiced and needed no sauce. Their cole slaw is dressed in a vinegar dressing and nicely compliments the macaroni and cheese and bacon baked beans we chose as sides. Prices are reasonable given the quality and quantity of food we shared. Alas, we gobbled everything down so quickly that I have no pictures to share. We'll watch for them and enjoy their delicious food again.
