Oat Soda is a true gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out. Their craft beer selection is impressive, featuring unique options that pair wonderfully with their creative menu. The food is fresh and thoughtfully prepared--I especially loved their small plates and flatbreads, which were bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to make great recommendations. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area for a relaxed and delicious dining experience!

Great food, the polish sausage plate is authentic. Happy hour deals are great. Beer selection is eclectic and good. Service is great. Check the hours because they are closed some days. There is an outdoor deck and bar area.

I highly recommend coming to Oatsoda on Wednesdays for their music bingo! There are 3 rounds and each includes songs from a different genre. My friends and I had a blast singing along and one of my friends even won a round! The food was great as always. This time I tried the Crab Rangoon burger. I liked that it wasn't too heavy. The charcuterie boards never disappoint either. The highlights of the board are their tangy mustard (I could drink this stuff, I wish they sold it in a bottle) and the sage derby cheese. I tried the St. Julian Winery OPP cider with has orange, pineapple, and piña colada. Let me say this was the best cider I've ever tasted. I was beyond impressed!

Haven't visited in a few years. Location is great on the edge of the creek, trail with beautiful fall foliage. Sunday happy hour is 4-5. Good prices on beers (published on their online menu). Food options too for omnivores. Vegans beware... there's not much for us here. Bagged chips and hot pretzels were fine for us today, but wouldn't make a meal of it. I think I saw you could sub vegan cheese on one of their pizzas for $6. That's steep and definitely not competitive with other restaurants. But happy there is an option. A billing issue today and poor plant based options led to my three star review. Hot pretzels come with beer cheese and beer mustard. The waitress said we could just drop the cup of cheese and get two beer mustards. Order came out fine, but we were charged for extra beer mustard. Yet didn't get cheese. Huh? Also, charged more for the chips than their current menu price. Let the waitress know and she was understanding yet said "do you want me to take it off now"? I said yes please as opposed to saying no, please charge me even more. Ugh. Bill came back with one thing refunded and the other unchanged. Bummer because this place has a decent beer selection. Maybe we'll be back for a beer, but no food.

Wonderful everything. Such a neat and cool venue with great food. We got the burgers, apps and pierogis. Wow! The service was great and they really displayed a team effort. Never an empty glass or thought of neglect.

We recently had plans to attend a concert at 20 Front Street in Lake Orion and decided to check this place out for dinner and drinks beforehand. They had a nice variety of unique cocktails (not just a bunch of super sweet or boring drinks!) My husband got the Fall Spritz, and I tried the Broadway Mudslide. The Broadway Mudslide was more like a twist on a White Russian and pretty good. The Fall Spritz was a fun way round incorporate a hard cider into a cocktail. For food we did the pan roasted olives, which were a bit pricey for $13, but SO good! We also got the soft pretzel, a meat/cheese board, and a classic burger. The soft pretzel was pretty good. The charcuterie board was well put together, my only complaint is both cheese were very herb focused (a havarti dill and Cotswold, which has onion and chive). My husband doesn't like dill or onion. It would have been better if there was a bigger difference between the cheeses they chose to appeal to everyone. Burger was good, would definitely get it again, but wouldn't go out of my way. I wanted to try the pierogis but we already ordered too much food for two people. After our cocktails I wanted to get a bottle of wine. They were out of several of the bottles we wanted. When I asked for an alternative recommendation, their only offer was the most expensive bottle on the menu.... Always makes me a bit suspect. Do they really like the wine? Or just suggesting it due to price? We settled on one of the only moderately priced reds they had and it was ok.I had read you could buy one of their bottles of wine for sale and pay a corkage fee. I checked out the selection and it was very disorganized and pretty sparse. They also didn't have prices on anything.Overall, our server was attentive, friendly, and didn't leave us wanting for anything. The food and drinks arrived quick, which was critical because we did have a show to get to.We would return if we had a reason to be in Lake Orion, but probably wouldn't make a special trip.

We went here because there was a special beer on tap that my husband wanted to try. We were so happy that everything was outstanding! My old fashioned was craft bar perfect, charcuterie board was delicious and the strawberry burrata salad is now a favorite ever! On our second visit we did the charcuterie again and split a salad since we just needed a light lunch. As a bonus they supplied me with gluten free pretzels and crackers. We sat at the bar both times and the staff was amazing!
