Tabbouli was not chopped fine, dry w/no flavor but crunchy. I added garlic & lime juice in for some taste so this picture was taken after.

Been here a couple of times! Of course it was lunch time, so they were kind of busy. Everything from the food to the service was great, but I did ask for my shish tawook sandwich to be extra well done, which it wasn't. Someone ate it so it is what it is. I won't order that again moving forward. But I'd be back.

I had a taste for middle eastern so I stopped at the closest spot on the way home. Sometimes you just have to make the drive. I ordered the "Cilantro Chicken". I guess they decided to use the sautéed chicken and mushrooms toss some cilantro in it.The description stated it was to include jalapeños... There were none. Let's just say SALT was used in the dish. I asked for grilled vegetables instead of rice. Being in metro Detroit eating Middle Eastern often, grilled vegetables are usually peppers, onions and carrots. I received raw three pieces of raw cauliflower one piece of raw broccoli and a ton of raw carrots tossed over some heat. I'm ok with it being raw but it tasted as if it was rinsed in the dish sanitizer to mask an odor. Needless to say I'm disappointed. The high point??? The salad, the salad was very fresh. I'm guessing it's like anything else, "you win some you lose some".

Good food, large portions, ok prices. Love their garlic sauce, light, airy, and not too garlic-y to where I wake up in the middle of the night breathing garlic flames out my mouth. We started with a small hummus, garlic, and freshly baked samoon. Not crazy about their bread basket liners. Looks like they're never changed out. Hubby ordered lemon oregano chicken tawook, and it came with soup or salad, and rice or fries. He ordered the regular salad which was way overdressed and rice, and the rice was delicious, along with the chicken and lemon oregano sauce. I just ordered a kabob (beef) sandwich and asked it for it to be prepared medium rare. It came out very rare, and the meat wasn't even warm. The service was so spotty, instead of sending it back, I just packed it up and recooked it at home. We wanted to pay & leave, but our server was nowhere to be found. We had to go up to the register and ask them to take our $. May or may not give this place another chance. Went here on a Sunday at 6:15 because Estia next door was already closed.

Fast and easy way to grab lunch. Had the hummus and it was tasty with a good grouping of veggies.

Open until 8pm. No greeting upon arrival or once seated. Started off with a cobra fresh juice, hummus with chicken gallaba, spicy, a small spicy hummus, two skewers of chicken kafta and large dinner salad too. The pita pockets are pretty warm, all shapes. The garlic sauce is slightly lemony and quite yummy. The pockets aren't bad. The large Fattoush was okay, had some brown pieces, salad but and some really long pieces. Dressing isn't bad, nice amount of sumac too. The lettuce is almost all iceberg, not my favorite. The small salad is also iceberg and okay. I finished my salad, my husband finished his hummus with gallaba and no grilled skewers of chicken kafta yet. Hmm. I don't want them anymore. I am filled up from the couple of pitas with hummus and garlic sauce by now. Our waitress never did write down our food order at all. We haven't seen our waitress since she brought us the cobra juice. She did come to ask if we wanted our bills. The waitress brought our first bill. It had the two skewers of chicken kafta, which was $7.99. The waitress removed the kafta off our bill. She said their system is down and the cooks don't grab the ticket. Ok.Not super friendly staff.

Generous portions of food, I had the chicken shawarma w hummus entree and veg grape leaves. The shawarma had good flavor, but the hummus had a too smooth texture for my liking. The grape leaves were good but some were too light on the filling so it was mostly leaves. Garlic sauce was Crushed lentil soup was Overall it was good but will still try to explore new Med places.

I will start off saying that I typically love Oasis but.... Lately the quality has been falling off. Today I ordered a spinach fatoosh with shawarma chicken without salad dressing. Most of the spinach was bad and a good portion of the chicken was nothing but fat and gristle. At least there was no dressing as I requested. They do still have the best garlic in town.

If you like bland food without any flavor this is certainly your place. Garlic isn't authentic, taste more like store bought. Chicken isn't marinated just basic meat slapped on the grill. The prices are incorrect on the website, Staff is nice but food isn't good especially for the price. If you like Mr. Kabob or Bucharest you will not like this place.
