First and last time in this place. The guy who runs this place is a price gouger. Asked if they had a limited release beer that recently came out and he was trying to charge me literally double what the retail is. I immediately laughed in his face and said "you know that's literally double the retail right?" Giving him a chance to be reasonable...but no. He insisted it's the going price and made up some random story to justify it. I had to say "you are out of your mind. I'll take my chances elsewhere". Literally found it several places for retail price so I am glad I didn't take him for his word. I understand a small up charge if it's a rare find but doubling the price then making up excuses to justify it is just bad business. Lost my trust and my future business.

Stopped in looking for Heineken OO non alcoholic beer. Purchased 2 six packs. 24 bucks plus tax seemed expensive. Checked price on line on my return home. 7-8 bucks sold around Novi compared to 12 bucks here. Won't be a return customer. I didn't even get an itemized receipt. He just rang up $24.00

They have a great allocated section $800 for a Weller CYPB and $400 for a Stagg. Even Bookers was over $200. If you shop here for any higher end bourbon you are nuts or extremely wealthy.

I did not know prices of MacAllan 15. I could have gotten that much cheaper somewhere else. The store is expensive. Much over priced.

The guy tried to charge $60 for a pint and then said $70 for a fifth. That literally makes no sense when pints are normally $35-$40. I feel like he was making it up but i don't know. It was weird.

My son wanted me to get wings for one of our Super Bowl snacks. I called and ordered 24 boneless wings. 18 BBQ and 6 Hot and that is exactly what Andy gave me along with extra sauce with both. The different wings were also separated by paper, which I really appreciated, Since the other people at our house didn't like really hot wings. Everybody thought the wings were excellent! We will definitely order from Novi Fine Wine in the future.

Avoid this store. They shamelessly price gouge like up to 3x for their wine and 2x for tequila - worse than post covid gauging. There are three different stores that are close and that give better pricing and service. The store is unclean. The men are creepy, mean and highly inconsiderate.

I love this place! It is family run and they are wonderful people who make me feel like a welcome friend every time I walk in. Check them out if you are looking for anything new and interesting! It is truly a great place with great people behind the counter.
