Rosie and I go here on every trip to Michigan. What a great spot to sit and enjoy a great cigar and cocktail. A wonderful selection of both, top shelf selectons. Sports on the TV's too!We both reccomend this place!

Great people and amazing customer service. A big selection of drinks at the bar great prices and amazing cigars. It's a great place to hang out and spend some quality time with friends or just to get some work done.

I'm updating my review as they now have a new owner who invested in a complete ventilation system. Now it's the best place around! Go there and skip the place in Livonia (bad customer service there!)

One of the best cigar establishments I've ever been into!! Betsy was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had an enjoyable experience! Our drinks were refilled immediately without having to ask, our ashtrays were cleaned and we were even thanked for stopping by! Betsy is a great representation on how well this place is run!!! The humidor was stocked with excellent choices with equally great prices (no price gouging here)! I've driven by the Northville Cigar Lounge several times and I'm happy I finally made the time to come in not only once, but twice today (10-3-22)!! Thank you Betsy and management for valuing your customers and treating them like family!! You've made lifelong customers out of me and my friends!!!

Blaaaaaaaaaahhhhh.....such promise, but again I'm disappointed by the Mid-west mentality to not see things through to perfection. We came here on a Friday night, an opportunity to unwind, listen to some live music or at this point any music, be served by vibrant and energetic staff, but NO. We are literally sitting here wondering if we can quickly smoke a premium cigar and single malt so we can get out of here and go have some real fun, a sin in it own right.The formula to enjoying cigars is not in the ambience alone. Music and atmosphere play an integral role in a lounge such as this. A little more effort would easily make a world of difference.

Frequently visit here with my husband. The servers are always great. They try their best to accommodate everyone but usually only 1-2 bartenders for the entire place. Can be a little slow depending on how busy it is especially on Friday or Saturday nights. The prices for cigars are average and comparable to most smoke shops. The drink prices are a bit high compared to other bars and chains. For example, martini was $15. Usually they are $10 or so like at Bar Louie, but this place uses better vodka. San Pellegrino/Perrier is $5 per bottle so you're better off asking for club soda which is about $2 and free refills. They have some TVs and they do not serve food. Nice place to relax and have a cigar.

Terrible experience at this establishment. First off was greeted by the bartender who didnt know what was on draft other then "The IPA" and a Stella. Okay so what kind of IPA their are only a few thousand. Plus for only having four beers on tap youd think it wouldnt be so hard to keep track of what you have. Second I ask for a scotch list which she brings and my friend asks again what kind of IPA was it "oh let me go back and find out" and "I'll see if we have that scotch in stock" finally figure out what beers and get told they have that scotch in stock. Now takes her three more trips over to remember what I wanted and on the rocks and what kind of ice cube I'd like. Here's an idea write it down if you cant remember. Decide to go into the cigar humidor and find a nice cigar. Now I'm smelling a few and have a few in my hands to purchase. Owner comes in with an attitude and says "stop doing that" okay stop doing what? "Stop smelling the cigars" so fine want to be an ass I'll be one back. So every website and every cigar person is wrong and hes right about you dont smell a cigar? Man this dude must be a one of a kind. So I ask how am I supposed to know then the smell and the difference between a $9 cigar and a $30 cigar? "Buy it and smoke it" I'm told. Again I ask why every website and tons of people say smell a cigar before buying it? No response just walks away from me like an ass. So I end up still buying one cigar I know stupid should have just said fuck it but it was one I've wanted for some time and dont see it often. Get it added to my tab and wait and wait and wait for the girls to come and cut the cigar and light it. Nothing so I ask for my bill drink the rest of my drink and leave. Needless to say I'll never be back to this place. Bartenders dont know what drinks they have. Owner is an ass getting an attitude with paying customers. He could have been civil and just asked but no he had to be a hardass. Also the place honestly isn't even that nice. Very generic in the atmosphere no music playing no comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy a night out. Just a bar and a bunch of tables and chairs youd see at a local bar that doesn't really care.

Service is spectacular. My next door neighbor owns this place. Love it! I'll be back again. We had a great time during a farewell party. It was a very small group. Perfect place for the occasion. I've never seen such a great selection of cigars!

Awesome cigar bar offering a large selection of all levels of Cigars, andThe humidor is well stocked and will satisfy all but the snobbiest of aficionados. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Ample selection of beer, wine and booze. Helpful staff to ensure you smoke exactly what you're looking for, also there's a plenty of seating inside at table tops, comfy chairs or at the bar which has ample TVs. Great place for group gatherings or to chil solo. Gary the owner will make sure that you're having a good time, so if you're in Novi "NCL" is Highly recommended.
