Home of Robbie da Robot and family deliver food and drinks to your table . A truly unique experience from the future, yes eliminate all the staff the goal of all restaurants. A dozen plus tables of diner's and only one waiter has trained the robots well. I went for Cold Chinese Noodles seen on website Nope don't have that knocked off a star. Here's what we ate directly from online menu. Szechuan Noodle soup$12.99Spicy. Spicy beef broth, fried ground pork, soybeans, ground garlic, peanuts, preserved szechuan pickle, green veggie, cilantro, green onion, sesame., By-Gee-Mo (Pork Bun)Pork belly meat, baked Chinese bun. Beef Dumpling$10.99Juicy ground beef, carrots, onion, Griddle Pie, Chinese style crepe, crispy cracker, preserved szechuan pickle, green onion, sweet sauce. Lamb KebabLamb kebab (6 sticks), cumin powder, salt. mostly all fat like many reviews say. Over all a total 4 star experience Food was not as good like Lan City my favorite. #noodletopia@noodletopiamh #lambkabob#beefdumplings #szechuannoodles#robotwaiter #handpullednoodles#noodlehouse #downriverfriendseat

I've visited Noodle Topia a couple more times since I wrote my original review, and I have to say that unfortunately, the quality of the food here has dropped tremendously over the last two years. The stalwart dish I used to order almost every visit, the "Beyond Noodle" has unfortunately been impacted by what seems to be a recipe change. Instead of being a super savory, garlicky, and spicy dish, it has turned into an acidic vinegar overload. For a most restaurants, I would normally think this was a one time accident, but I visited Noodle Topia twice over the last year, and both times the taste was identical. Several of my friends have also stated the same. In addition, the biang biang noodles are now overcooked. I think they are still made fresh at the counter, but the cook time is now way too long, making the noodles border on mushy. When I first visited in 2020, I was impressed with the quality of the hand pulled noodles here. Now? I would not eat here again. The sad thing is that since I enjoyed it so much when I first moved to Metro Detroit, I made Noodle Topia one of my last meals before I moved away from Michigan. I kind of regret making that decision.

Atmosphere: this place is super interesting. Your water is brought to you by a robot. It might have been cool if appetizers or other parts of the meal were also brought out by a robot. Although, you would lose some of the human element that people like in restaurants. The dining area is clean and comfortable. The location is a little challenging to find. It is nestled behind another storefront.Food: the food was pretty good. It was not the best of this type of food that I've had, but it was still pretty good. I don't recall anything special about our meals. I do think it was a fun location because of the robot and the food was actually pretty solidOverall: overall, I would say meh, to just above meh. For sure the robot is a novelty that is worth seeing the food is okay, and worth another trip.

Zootopia is really a great spot in Madison Heights! They stretch all their noodles in house, so just keep in mind that they might be a little thicker. However, all their broths are divine. would definitely recommend for a cozy meal. They have a robot that brings you your meal so that's always fun

Delicious fresh hand pulled noodles! I really enjoyed my soup. The beef was super tender and the noodles were nice and chewy. The place is a nice open space building. The service is very minimal since you make the order from your phone and a robot brings the food out, but one of the servers still brings out the some food as well.

The pork soup dumplings alone will keep bringing me back. Haven't had good soup dumplings since I lived and Queens, NY & this are up to par! Always enjoy the little cat robot serving you water. Quite relaxing atmosphere. Great for lunch or a casual dinner with a drink, too. The spicy sichuan noodles also hit the spot this time.

One of my favorite local places, noodles made fresh, great flavors from the food and great service. They have the robots to deliver food which is kinda fun for me. On the outside it looks like it won't be that great but it is great place, clean inside and friendly staff. For sure with the stop if you like Asian noodle bowls and their steamed dumplings are always amazing!

Was doing research on getting some decent Chinese food and came across this place, about 30 minutes from the house so was having high hopes. The place was empty when I got there and empty when I left, which in some cases can be a bit concerning but I came a little after lunch time so was probably just a lull. I tried 3 items, beef dumplings, scallion pancakes and the beef noodle soup. The dumplings were hot and the broth was rich, the scallion pancakes were fresh as well, perfect crunch and softness. The beef noodle soup was a little bland but the noodles were perfectly cooked. They have the robot servers doing most of the heavy lifting but at least a human brought the bowl of soup over. Definitely a place I'll go back to, at least to try some different items. Madison Heights appears to be the place to go for more authentic Chinese food so am looking forward to try more places.

Food was amazing. Ordered the Szechuan noodles and the Tomato and shaved egg noodle dishes which was best ramen I have had in area. You watch the chef makeThe noodles which is a plus and you taste the quality. Service was mediocre. We sat for 10 minutes with nobody coming to tell us how ordering worked. Once we figured out you use barcode scan to order via phone things went smooth. Server never really tried to explain dishes when delivered and/or refill our water. That said, I would overlook the mediocre service for the phenomenal food.PSPARKING is weird. Have to park behind building. I initially pulled in after restaurant to find it was parking for next door auto shop with no way to access parking for restaurant.

Food was pretty good and came out quickly, served to us by a robot. Portion sizes were reasonable too. Would come back for a quick comfort meal but wouldn't say the food is at a level for this to be a go-to spot.
