This a great new restaurant in Berkley. I ordered the butter chicken, and received a generous portion at a good price.The place is big and clean inside and my server was friendly. The Bollywood music videos on the TV were entertaining. Nawab could handle a large group.I will definitely go back!

Parked in the back. Don't think you can park out front or have never seen anyone park out front at all. It is family owned. Customer service is their number one priority here, it's tops here. Ordered mixer platter, Chana masala, spicy, butter chicken, spicy, mango chicken, spicy, tarka daal, spicy. $66.52The mixer platter is good. Should have asked for both samosas to be vegetarian, meat wasn't for me. The chicken tikka is quite good. The fried onion is decent. The samosa with the potato, carrot and peas is stuffed and so good. The 1st mango chicken okay, but the meat was quite dry and overcooked to me. It's breaded. They brought out another and ur was more tender. The Chana and the lentils are yummy. The butter chicken is yummy, that's my favorite of all of the dishes. Their mango lassi is a nice sweet dessert to end the meal.

Truly enjoyed the food here and the service is exceptional! I love a good veggie samosa and that means very little grease- this one was so light and delicious fluffy and stuffed full of goodness (see pic) I'm a vegetarian so I also had the aloo gobi, medium spice (5 out of 10) and it was perfect for me- my friend had a chicken dish she liked very much- of course the wonderful naan and mango lassiVery welcoming dining room and parking out back (on the side street too)

Best Indian in the area! Authentic, British Indian food. Our favorite dishes are tikka masala, saag paneer, and vindaloo. The staff are so nice and the service is great too.

We went today to celebrate my birthday at this small and cozy Indian restaurant. Must say that the thing that really stands out on this place is its service, their staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered a mango chicken, very tasty and chicken tika masala, wow so yummy with nam bread. Dont forget to try mango lassi drink, its mango with yogurt , must popular drink.

Service was excellent. Genuinely kind people. Hooked it up with a free sample of mango lassi. Ambiance was beautiful. Nice fountain, tables are nice. Especially for the price. I thought it was going to be more expensive based on everything I saw before the menu. Vindaloo was great (not the best, but no complaints) and the chicken Manchurian was good. Not too spicy. Garlic naan was fluffy. Really good. Overall, I'm giving it a 5 star because there's nothing really to improve on in terms of quality.
