Yum!! Sushi was absolutely incredible. Ordered at my table using a QR, simple and easy. Took about 10-15 minutes on a Friday night which wasn't too bad, located inside the Canteen which now has a cute indoor seating area. The sushi was super flavorful and the perfect amount of spice. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

I saw a tik tok about this place and decided to give them a try while in the area. I was told to order via the QR code and it will be brought to my table. I ordered the udon noodle soup, firecracker roll with salmon and the tempura bake. It took almost 30 minutes for my order to be ready. However, there were only 2 people working and they were busy. The udon didn't look appetizing but it was delicious. The broth was so flavorful and the noodles were a great texture. The rolls were great as well. I enjoyed the flavors of the different sauces used and the texture of the salmon on top of the roll. I will be back but will order ahead.

Nami Sushi is the bomb, and it is likely the best food that I've ever experienced from a food truck.The rolls are exceptional, fresh, and mouthwatering.The food is prepared in a timely fashion. The parking can be a little challenging when crowded as it is on a busy intersection with no street parking.You have to park in one of the lots off of the alley way.Prices are comparable to other sushi restaurants, and the food is worth every penny.My favorites are the Red Wave with shrimp tempura, avocado, and a spicy tuna mix; and the signature roll with salmon, tuna, and crab mix.Do yourself a favor and order the roasted garlic mayo. It is delicious on everything.I recommend going during low traffic hours.

Relative quiet in the Canteen area. It is best if you order online because it takes about 15-20 minutes. The vegetable omusbi(rice ball) is very good.

On the way home from the grocery store off of Outer Dr, I spotted a very unique looking food truck and immediately thought "what in the world is that!?"I got home, unloaded the weekly food shopping and told the husband "get in the car, we need to investigate". We headed back to the truck and were delighted to see that it was a SUSHI TRUCK!!!The aesthetic is casual yet approachable class which is carried out in the truck design, logo, menu, and packaging. We got their Signature roll, Caterpillar roll, and the Mt. Fuji roll and went home to chomp it all up (they do have a deal with Custard Co. to used their tables if you want to dine al fresco).Guys, I am not exaggerating when I say it was like high-end amazing... Fresh, flavorful, and phenomenal. The Mt. Fuji roll was my favorite, the rice was perfect all around, and one of the rolls has shrimp and I normally hate the texture of shrimp. In this case the shrimp was just so dang good, it made me wonder what I've been missing my whole life!I will not be shocked when this becomes a super successful dine in restaurant one day and I'll be first in line to make a reservation to take my friends for the best sushi of their lives.

We totally found this truck by accident and I am so beyond happy we did. I was immediately greeted and had my order taken, he let me know in advance before paying I'd have a 15 minute wait which I always appreciate. I order one Salmon Omusubi and one Red Tuna Omusubi and I am drooling while eating these. They are so fresh and packed with flavor. I am beyond impressed, sushi rice is cooked perfectly, the salmon and tuna are melt in your mouth fresh. I cannot wait to go back any try more of their menu. This truck is beyond clean from customer perspective, very modern traditional Japanese style. 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

It was great and fast service. I am vegetarian and was happy to find that there were lots of vegetarian options. There was the name garden roll which had delicious vegetables and I loved the mushrooms for texture. I also enjoyed (I think this is how it's spelled) the omusubi. I will be returning for sure. Prices were good as well
