I honestly think their food is one of the best food around the area. The stuff are really friendly and they work to make the order right.

Asked if i wanted Onions and Tomato on my chicken shawarma sandwich and they put every topping known to man that i didn't want. also the shawarma was dry as fuck and seasoned like a white person's thanksgiving dinner. don't recommend

I have known Najeeb restaurant for years, the food is great and cant be beaten. The cooks are wonderful as is the food they prepare, the place is amazing.But unfortunately i had a bad experience today with the over the phone orders, the lady seems to be really quick to try to hang up and end the order, it was a tray for 10 and i needed additional orders not including the sides, but she became angry and edgy without understanding that i needed to do my other orders as well, anger is not good costumer service, i don't care if you have people standing in line as you said later, but anger and snapping on a costumer is not good for Najeeb Kaboob house. you could easily have said "could you please stay on hold for a couple of minutes if you have more orders, i have people in line". For that lady please understand what costumer service is before taking calls, you are representing a business not yourself, be a professional, understand what a business is and what a professional is. It is a hard job, if you cant do it then don't. Najeeb has been there for ages and you just knocked it down.As for the rating, Najeeb gets a 10+++ as usual , the phone lady gets double zero and hopefully gets back to 10+.Note: This incident took place on Friday 05/26/2023 near to 12:30 PM.

Most amazing Kababs I have had and very nice people. Stopped by to grab something to eat and ended up ordering 20 Kababs. Really tasty, and Zena is a lovely lady.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming... however.. The lentil soup was warm baby food. No flavor what so ever. Just straight puree. I was asked to move tables but was never served any water or asked if I wanted anything to drink. Most arab places are ready when you walk in the door with all of that. The Kabob sandwich was drenched with tahini. Garlic tahini. The pickles tasted old. The table next to us got wayy more service then we did. Anyways just wont be going back. Going back to arbeel
