Been going here for about a decade now. Some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan! Super charming and the staff are lovely.

This is a no frills place with a lot of variety to choose from. If I could do half stars, I'd give 3.5. I think it's not quite at a 4 for me. I like the ticket ordering system here, which makes things simple. They also have a self-serve water station with cooler of ice next to it There is ample seating inside and doesn't feel cramped. However, when I went it was pretty hot in there (it was around 70 outside and it felt cooler when we left). Now for the food:- Tonkotsu ramen: the noodles have great texture and they're the wavy kind that I like (as opposed to the straight ones). It came with two big pieces of cha shu pork - it was lean meat, which is healthier but not as flavorful and was on the drier side (trade off with others I've had with more fat/marbling). It was a pretty generous serving size, so it was worth the $13.50.- Karaage: they use big chunks of chicken thigh, which were freshly fried and seasoned well. At $6.50, it was pricy, but I appreciate that it was more chicken than breading at least. The food is solid here, I would recommend at least trying it out!

The quintessential casual Japanese experience in dining. Odd but neat. The food is delectable and transports you back to a time in the old country. The Boston roll was terrific. The Alaska roll pretty good, too. Do not order the Eel bowl if you have never before experienced it. Personally, I loved it. Pro Tip: Bring a huge group and invite me. We all order something different and enjoy community dining. Dining where you all share each other's meal and everyone tastes my Eel. Now you know for next time!!!Prices have really increased, but it's worth the adventure in Japanese Curry! 08/24

It's been a little while since my last visit here and I am so happy I returned! The food was very good! I always enjoy the Nagoya ramen, deep favors with a bit of spice. It's such a pleasant experience! The Shoyu ramen doesn't miss. Again, the depth of flavor is just right along with the toppings. On this day, I wanted to check out some appetizers as well. The breast of chicken katsu was spot on! It was crispy and tender and mild. All the apps were prepared well and we enjoyed the Agedashi tofu, the potato croquette and chicken gyoza ! All were nicely done with a nice presentation. I enjoy the ordering process as it is unique. The large space allows for a lot of seating and the atmosphere is rustic and casual. No pretense, just good food!

A simple and comforting food experience! Located in a large food court-esque building, Nagomi provides an easy experience for its customers. With pictures and labels for all items on the menu, you just need to grab the corresponding slip of paper and bring it to the cashier. The katsudon was made extremely well and leaves you reminiscent of eating in a small diner in Japan. The portions were more than sufficient, and I left feeling stuffed. Wil definitely be back!

I don't know if I have much to add to previous reviews. Food is straightforward, served hot, and we enjoyed everything. The cafeteria-style and little paper selections was a nice change - it made ordering fun and easy. I like that you can specify number of items and that there is a "here or to-go" option. The dining room is huge and had game shows playing on the TV, achieving high tier vibes. Would absolutely be back. I loved everything we ordered. The highlights for me personally were agedashi tofu and chicken katsu, DELISH!

Been meaning to try this place for a while and glad we finally did! Love the casual nature- selecting from photos on the wall and ordering at the counter. Got the vegetarian ramen and kimchi. First time trying kimchi and really enjoyed! The vegetarian ramen was not my favorite- definitely seems like they specialize in the other ramen dishes. I was a little thrown off with the frozen green beans, but the broth was flavorful! Will have to come back and try more sides/udon/curry rice.

First time trying out Nagomi, and I loved it! Very plentiful seating indoors and very spacious. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. They have an interesting ordering system set up where you use paper slips for the particular menu item you'd like to order. This system is very similar, if not the same, to the automatic ticketing system they utilize in Japan. Menu had many, many options, and the food was prepared fairly quickly. There were various Katsu dishes, so unfortunately I do not recall exactly which item I had ordered in the image below. The pork bun and my entree item were delicious, and I most definitely hope to pay another visit sometime in the near future. Would recommend

Food is presented beautifully. The interior of this place is gritty (dirty?) but it gives a hole in the wall vibe for good food. It's a cafeteria set up. They call out the meal numbers - it's a fun vibe. We ordered the chicken katsu curry, ramen, and the sticky buns. It was good, but the chicken was relatively dry and the bread was stale. The meat in the curry had no fat but the pork in the ramen had a ton of fat. The gyoza and miso soup were delicious!

I've given this place a try several times now over the years and I'm sorry to say that it has disappointed me every single time. The concept is cool, Japanese cafeteria style. You look at the menu board when you walk in and select what you'd like off the walls. Each picture has a a description and corresponding paper slip where you choose dine in or takeout. To order you must hand the slip to the cashier and pay to complete your order. Cold and hot water are free of charge, hot tea costs $.75 a bag. Once you've ordered you can sit and one of many tables and booths available and wait until your number is called. The tables and booths are all outdated and ripping, many of the seats are being held together with tape. The walls next to the booth we were sitting in were absolutely filthy, with dust and food splatters. The worst part was yet to come this visit though, as I was eating my rice I saw something brown, lo and behold there were moths is my rice. I also found one in my salad, which was unfortunate since the dressing was pretty good. Nagomi has run out of chances in my book, this place is filthy and I won't waste my money here again.
