My Place Restaurant

We have absolutely fallen in love with this place! They upgraded their menu and today I got the club omelette, and it was amazing! It had REAL Turkey, bacon, tomato and cheese and was loaded with the ingredients! Their prices are probably the best we have found locally as well.Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

**UPDATE** 09-26-2023Under new management and my liver and onions was still delicious.I happen to come in almost closing time and to do them a favor I decided to ask for food to go when I was half way done, just so they can clean and go home. I wasn't even close to finishing my drink so wanted my Pepsi to go. Before handing me the styrofoam cup she said just to let you know they charge you .50 a cup. Ok? Didn't know that but I do now. I felt that was rude so I'm not coming back. And from 5 stars to 1. Way to go new owners, you lost a nice costumer. And I didn't even get a chance to know you over a stupid cup. **older review**Past owners The food is great! I will only order liver and onions from here no where else. It's made perfect every time. There is only one waitress I had an issue with. When I was on phn playing a game she plopped my meal on table not giving me a warning that food was coming. A kind gesture like the other waitresses say... here ya go Kellz or foods here ! Lol But to literally say nothing and push Hands away to drop plate on table is rude. But back to the food,you cooks rock DELICIOUS!

Rude cook (possibly owner) The staff is nice; he isn't. He should stay in the kitchen.

Great fish and chips. The French fries stay crispy and hot every time we have ordered carry out. Highly recommend them for great food and fast service.

Some really good food our waitress took great care of us Thanks. Started with a Flaming Cheese OPA n Cup of Veggies Soup spot on. She had a Double Smoothered Chicken n Rice Wonderful. Me n Daughter shared the Mega house Burger and House Made unique Hash n Eggs. A cup of really great Sausage Gravy WOW. The bad didn't feel the Love that others talk about, owner on the grill wanted 4 bucks to add a scoop of Loose Burger to Bowl of Chili, he's nuts and never heard of a Chili Special most places have for under 5 Bucks. Charged 5 bucks for Xtra Chicken just likes to charge outrageous prices for additions NOT GOOD.

I heard My Place was good so I had high hopes.My omelet was brown and the cheese wasn't melted.

Food was okay; the service was horrible I go here a few times a week for lunch, every time the lady treats me horribly; I give the benefit of the doubt people have bad days; this is too much because I watched her be every nice to a white man; and towards me non white she treated horrible and huffed and puffed for the simplest task; she was very judge mental towards me! So I suggest if you ain't white who looks like they have money don't even bother with this place!!! Cool cook; the white older lady ride as hell; crazy how woman could trash eachother !! Good luck! Also she got the order all the way wrong; I'll be honest it's a hate towards Hispanics!! Makes me second question being around this area because I have mixed children!! I don't think I could hold my temper if she tried this with my children!

Do you want the best GYRO or chicken Greek salad , breakfast , clean and welcoming go to MY PLACE .

I ordered an omelette and I didn't want it because the price on the menu and the store was different. I had two ordered and said I'll take one of them and the host said I either take both or none. Bad customer service

The food is your standard Coney Island food, a little bit less expensive. But where this place really shines is the staff, they are phenomenal in their efficiency and attitude. If you're in the area I would definitely give this place a try
