Horrible service! Don't ever recommend coming here. I ordered a tray of chicken nuggets and fries, when I got there I paid for the food. Upon receiving my food and inspecting it I saw that the nuggets were very old and discolored as if they had been refried repeatedly in old grease. The fries were old and hard as well. When I asked the employee for fresh nuggets and fries I was told no, I should have got here earlier but I can hear the food up. I nearly snapped and asked for my money back. On top of that he wouldn't even give me a cash refund right there because I paid with card. So now I have to wait 2 to 3 business days for the money to come back on my card. Ruined my whole families dinner night. Thankfully fish station wasn't too far away. I placed the same order there and received exponentially better service. The manager even paid $12 towards my meal. Never go to Mr fish and chicken if you want quality food.

We usually stop by while in town and get some fried fish and shrimp. Unfortunately, this time it was incredibly salty. We went twice and it was sooo much salt, it was hardly edible! Very sad cause we loved this place.

As the lenten season instills fasting and abstaining from consuming meat on certain days. We look for alternatives and places to buy non meat consumables. Like fish for instance.Use to be another fish spot. Mr fish and chicken is now the new name for this establishment. You can get fresh fish from this store, or you can have them cooked as well. We just came from ask Wednesday and we were properly hungry at this point. We walk in and was greeted promptly by the two guys working there. We didn't really know what to order, so one guy suggested they'll do 10 pieces of fried tilapia with fries for roughly $10. Why not!? I happen to think that's an exceptional offer. About less than 15 minutes later, fish is fried and ready for take home.The fish here is ok,, tilapia with fish fry coating deep fried. Can't go wrong with that. Cheap easy and no B.S. spot. I'd gladly order some fish here again.

Our order once per month be mega pan filled with 20 pcs Chicken Thighs n Wings with Fries only 20 bucks always perfectly deep fried Deliciousness. Best price around town they added a 2nd location on Jefferson in River Rouge with eat in area. Fantastic new owners a couple years ago, fun friendly Yemeni folks from Hamtramck with super low prices get this 10 Whole Wings only $7.99 hell yeah baby deep fried and dusted with Lemon Pepper truly some of the best me ever eaten. Good little place that sells both fresh & cooked seafood. We went, for the 1st time, the other day. Small shop, no inside/outside dining. Dinners are priced okay. They don't tell you that you have to get your own slaw or soda from the cooler(if your meal includes it)we didn't know so didn't get our slaw. I asked for light batter & that's what got. Next time I'll request for it to be cooked slightly longer(I like mine a bit crisper). The fries had a good flavor, but were a bit soggy & were "maybe" cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough. Employees were pleasant. We may make the(20 minute)drive to go back again, in the future.

Although the food is good, service was terrible! I repeated my order and when I got there the cashier assured me that the order was right. But when i got food it was still wrong!Now I'm waiting over 30 min just for a chicken lunch special. Will be a long time before I come back.

Stopped in the other day a little spot with barely standing room in there but in all the was really happy with the quality of fish and chicken i got to go , will be returning again thats for sure , not to many places downriver sell fresh fish and shrimp , unless you hit a fish fry

The shrimp batter and flavor were good but they're small just like the wing dings and in fact that's the reason for this 2 star review, the chicken wing dings had a weird taste (OLD) and they were Extremely small...all I gotta day is do better ppl !! Make the shrimp larger for a "LARGE SIZE" AND MAKE SURE Y'ALL CHICKEN IS ON POINT!! My order was NOT WORTH $20 SMH.
