Mr. B's Soul Food

My husband visited Mr B's soul food and it was soooo delicious Just what I wanted for my Sunday evening meal I added my own cranberry sauce and it was the cherry so to speak on the meal !!! Definitely will visit again

It is not your grandmothers Sunday dinner. The taste of the food on a daily basis is not consistent. Almost as if there are different cooks that do not follow the same recipe.

I came back to this place last Thursday to get a pork chop sandwich. I stood right in front where the food is at and I was the only one there. The girl grabbed the one with the bone in the middle. I did not want that one. I told the other girl, so the young lady proceeded to put it back in there and grab a different one but look the same with the bone in the middle. I told the lady I do not want any of them with the bone in the middle. They told me, the owner don't allow them to pick over the food. I said she just put it back and grabbed another one so why I can't pick my pork chop. I proceeded to get my money back that's what's wrong with some black businesses you don't tell me how to spend my money.

I give 2 stars as the customer service is good. However, the food is NOT good. I ordered, fried pork chops, macaroni and cheese, dressing and gravy with a side of pinto beans and the peach cobbler. I wanted rice, but none was available. The food literally tastes mass produced and rinsed with water. The food was BLAND! Not a speck of seasoning and the peach cobbler was dry, no juice and no added sugar aside from the sweetness of the canned peaches, only. I will never return. Side note: My French Bulldog seemed to like the food, but heck, he eats sticks.

Customer service good food good in the neighborhood . Goto when I don't want fast food.

Mr B's Soul Food is very consistent in the preparation of their food. I love the baked chicken (dark) and apparently a lot of people do as it goes fast. The greens and yams are always good. The peach cobbler is better than most! The service has always been welcoming and polite. I will always recommend this restaurant.

. The service is excellent and the food was was good I had the corned beef cabbage and greens and they were excellent and the prices are reasonable

My husband was here yesterday he ordered chicken and cabbage in black eye peas he is sick from the food it was a lady working there she I'll in sick please I know it's more people sick

After a disappointing experience at Lillie Mae's in Southfield, I went to Mr. Bs in Detroit on 6 mile and they did not disappoint.

Im really sick if paying 20 for food and the food is trash green beans taste like sage mac and cheese so blend pasta overcooked and they buy the cheapest pork chop cut and over price the meal at 19 dollars and the corn muffin trash....dont waste ur money...PLEASE WARNING
