it's a carry out operation with no seating but the dish is excellent and takes a while to prepare prepare and i recommend calling in your order before picking it up

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered a whiting dinner. The fish was so thin you could see through it and fried so hard it was not edible. The fries were old fries that had been re-dipped. I was surprised at the quality of the food because usually it is good. When I called to complain, all I got was I am sorry and good bye!! Never again will I give my business to this place.

My husband, mother and I, ordered takeout last Sunday. My husband ate a whole piece of walleye and all of his okra. By Monday he couldn't keep anything else on his stomach. On Wednesday he was diagnosed with food poisoning and he has been in the hospital since Friday with a bacterial infection due to the food poisoning. Obviously we have no plans to ever return to this restauran!

We had high hopes & really wanted to try this place. IT just wasn't all that great, especially for the crzy high prices. We ordered 3 cod dinners and a side for $60! So it's pretty pricey. Fish is the old skool heavy thick batter style. So it's very outdated! We explained, it was our first time ordering, and we called during off busy hours. The guy answering the phone had absolutely no patience at all & was extremely short and rude. Just not the way to generate new customers! Cld tell, he just didn't want to be there. We were driving and didn't have a menu up, so we asked if they had and family deals for like a cod Fish & Chips dinner. He just says "NO" very rudeky, do we were like OK then. What an A$$! That's when we should have just walked, but figured we wld try the good anyway. Do we orrdered the cod individual meals. He never bothered to mention that they actually did offed tilllapua, white fish or perch family meals?!? Why Not? After we just explained this was our first time ordering and they didn't have any other customers?!? So I wasn't happy to see that they actually did have them, but this grump at the counter didn't want to bother wasting the 5 seconds to help us get what we wanted. So we won't be back now. Didn't care for the soggy thick breading or the attitude. The fish didn't look anything like the online pictures. If they offered other batters, we wldnt even know & nothing was explained. Fish itself was dry & overcooked, in order the cook the rediculoysly thick batter portion sizes were inconsistent. This place has very poor ownership or managment that just doesn't care. Behind every failing restaurant is poor managment or owner! What ts up with the weird piece of dry bread that came with it? Had a weird flavor and was very dry and stale. Not sure why they even bother to include it.

Inedible!!! I really wanted to like this place and I was so disappointed! The oysters were canned oysters fried, HORRIBLE!!! I also ordered the fish and fries which were pedestrian at best and a mix of previously fried and other fried French fries. I feel ripped of.

The fish and chips that I got was extremely hot and fresh, and super crispy I honestly think they have the best fish and chips in the Macomb County area!! So glad I found them! Plus the cashiers there are super nice too!
