Monday is crab leg buffet night. The price is 49 and you will want to get there before 5 or expect to wait in line for a while.I'm not a big fan of buffets because it tends to become all you can tolerate vs all you can enjoy. You can almost see people calculating in their heads the number of items, the number of plates, the number of drink refills to get to a break even point. I'm one of these goofballs.80% of the buffet is standard compared to most Vegas buffets. They have "sushi" which is mainly California rolls with different sauces but it's to be expected. They have an Italian area that was quite tasty. They offer a few different pasta noodles and sauces for self service and it appears you can get made to order as well. The carving station is standard dry turkey and prime rib. This area is pretty easy to skip over. There is also a Asian section, which is OK.The star of the show!!!!!!!!! Crab legs. Unlike most Vegas buffets, these are served hot and bigger than standard snow crab. There are two station set up with enough for everyone. As you walk back to your table there are a sea of stacked crab leg plates making their way back to the tables. The desert section is pretty standard, but good. Overall, if I have to eat buffet, Monday is the day and this is the place.

They are closing their doors forever :-(. I only went there for the crab legs and thankfully was able to catch them on their last day open. Funny story wife and I both forgot our wallet and credit cards so we asked strangers if we could zelle them money, they were very skeptical and turned us away. Kiosk didn't have tap option which sucked. Thankfully I ran into my friend Yia Yang.... And he was able to help us out. Thank you my friend.

I have tried now twice reaching out to mgmt about my experience two weeks ago and completely ignored. Do you know how bad it looks that you ignore your customers that were SUPPORTING you during a strike??? I always picked MC over the other casinos but not now. I can take myself and my friends elsewhere. Don't waste your money at this buffet. Absolutely worthless.

Absolute worse!! $45.00 for this garbage? Half the stations closed, cold food and rude staff! What happened? Used to be so good before Covid. Close this hole down!

I had lunch here on a Saturday and was suprised at the amount of carb options available. There is pasta, pizza, bread, turnover, rice etc. but sorely lacking in protein and veggie options. There is a salad bar but everything is drenched in salad dressing. The desserts were dry and very commercial tasting. Let's not even talk about the attempt at sushi-making.Granted our meal was free but I am at a lost for why anyone would pay $25 for this normally. Better to order delivery than eat here!

Here for a super busy weekend, so since we weren't sure of exactly what we were going to do, we wanted to make sure it started off with a full stomach!Buffets are always a good choice, because I feel like you have to get your $ worth and then some! We picked the breakfast foods...pancakes, hash browns, French toast, salmon Benedict! Bomb!!! The hollandaise was very lemon-y. Just a tad overpowering. And when I say a tad, I really mean a lot! But hey- it's a buffet. Ate it anyway! I'm not one to waste food! Overall, everyone was full and ready to tackle the day after leaving here!

The motor city casino buffet is not good and very over priced at 45.00 person . The problem that upsets me the most is they do not open until 5 pm , but the food is cold on buffet line at 5:30. Nothing tastes good , greens cold, stuffing cold and prime rib cold. Someone needs to check the temp on the food , and management needs to care about the customers. We wait in a long line and then get cold food. Do better!

we visited Motorcity the buffet last night, never had bad lservice or bad food, upon entering the worker could have WARNED us this is not typical buffet instead we threw some slop together, I reached out to management this morning their answer was so what do you want to do, which was a bad answer, I understand you people are in strike, but if this is the way you are treating your customers, you should shut the entire place down and I will make sure it's reported to the media.and everybody that was there last night deserve a refun.
