DO NOT GOT TO BIG BURGZ!!!! Dangerous, unprofessional, and food is low quality and takes too long.... 30 min for a chicken ceasar salad.......Smh. on my last visit the waitress / cashier had an attitude taking my order telling me that I couldn't order a hamburger their burgers only came with cheese on them. Her boyfriend and brother and five other guys were hanging out in the lobby. My food was not made correctly and it took 30 minutes when I was finally fed up with it I asked for my money back. The waitress said disrespectful comments towards me. When I asked her to repeat what she said her brother and boyfriend who were just hanging out in the lobby approaching me threateningly her boyfriend had a firearm on him causing me to have to draw my firearm in self-defense all in the presence of the manager. She refused to give me my money to the point where the manager had to go in his pocket and give me a refund to diffuse the situation. Do not go here armed young individuals hang out in the lobby with the permission of the owner. They are the cashier slash waitresses boyfriend and brother and Friends threatening patrons. Making it an unsafe environment. Do not go here. All while this was going on the manager was present and did not intervene. Prior to this the manager was in front of the store hanging out with two gentlemen. They were selling drugs one of the heroin addicts even came into the restaurant and asked us do we have change for $20. Do not go to this establishment

We have only ever ordered from here via Door Dash. Never once has our order been incorrect and it's our go to when craving a burger. They have great salads and breakfast croissants too!! Never disappointed. Thanks for having quality!!

The food was nasty, but it smelled good as they were preparing it. The cashier was nice. I strongly believe the food was old and was just reheated, and after eating the food, I'm sick. Do Not Eat Here or Order from them.

Breakfast was terrible today. First time I got breakfast from here it was good. Today my daughters pancakes were thicker than a MF. Our hash browns were not done and the sausage tasted as if they were boiled. When I called back to complain they offered to redo the hash browns meanwhile our food would be cold as we returned the food. Stick to one thing when ordering from this place burgers(hit or miss as well). Try to patronize my folks, but here we go again
