This was such a bad experience for me at this shop. I made the trip to Royal Oak to purchase CBD isolate gummies which were on their website. I specifically asked if the CBD gummies were gluten free due to celiac and was told that they were, so I purchased them-not at the store since they didn't have them, but online where I had to pay shipping fees. When they arrived, they were not labeled gluten free nor could the manufacturer attest to that fact. I called and was told I could return them to the store. I was not told I wouldn't get a refund or that the return was only within 7 days. I was told I could only get a store credit. I drove all the way over and was then treated rudely by the store associate since it was 10 minutes until closing. I tried reaching out to the mgt who basically told me "too bad". After all of that, I certainly didn't want a store credit and definitely wanted the refund for the product that I was wrongly told I could take. They did not respond nor give me a refund, so I am stuck with a store credit that will go to waste. What bad customer service. I will never return. Especially since I was treated so rudely by the front desk. $40 down the drain.

Can't thank Vida enough for helping me out today. She was extremely knowledgeable of all of the products and helped me make an educated purchase. It's my first time using CBD, and she explained everything throughly so I am comfortable with the product. I'm turning to CBD to stop a bad habit and get more restful sleep. I also wanted to try out the benefits of pet CBD, and after giving my large dogs just one treat they calmed down within 30 minutes, absolute magic! They had so many product offerings and kinds of CBD to choose from, you can't go wrong stopping in.

This store is nicely laid out and they do have very high quality CBD PRODUCTS. I found Erik to be knowledgeable on the topic. He helped me choose the appropriate products for my concerns.
