Mimi's Pizzeria

Seriously good! Recommendation, the pizza pretzel! I mean the pizza and cheese bread were worth going back for, but the pizza pretzel!? Stop it!!! Amazing!!! Enjoy!

Today was my first time trying Mimi's Pizzeria, recommended by a friend after reading good reviews on a citywide website for residents. I called in for pickup and gal on the phone very nice, as she and her colleagues were when I arrived. We tried the BBQ Chicken pizza, the cheese sticks and their garlic cream cheese dipping sauce. Pizza was fabulous: just enough BBQ sauce to flavor and not overpower the palate. Bonus was any sauce that looked burnt on the deep dish crust actually had a caramelized taste and was yummy! Their cheese bread/ sticks appeared tough at the edges and possibly dried out. But they were cheesy, tender bite in center and the crust had both a good crunch and chew. The garlic cream cheese dipping sauce was delish!

Nearby pizza was good prices kinda high I tried getting a slice they didn't have slices at the time

The pizza was good and the salad was excellent. Better pizza than the other local spots around town. Good price compared to other places in Flat Rock.

We wanted to try this to get away from chains. Unfortunately it was not good. I hope they work on their products. The crust was tough and very little sauce. Ordered a flavored crust of garlic butter and had no clue it was on the crust. Also ordered breadsticks with sauce. Zero flavor and the sauce had to be stirred as it was older. Sorry to say, but they will not get another try. Hopefully they can improve. . Disappointed obviously.

Delicious!! Toppings were sufficient. Tasty butter garlic crust. Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend.
