Reservations: Not sure if they take reservations but they are pretty crowded. I went with a group and we found seating pretty quick. Ambiance: The ambiance is nice and clean. They turn over the tables pretty quick. Service: It is nice they give you a number and someone delivers your food to your table. Food $-$$: It is worth the money. I would get the dubai DARK chocolate crepe and the lotus waffle. Got the Dubai strawberry cup and was super delicious!! Kinda expensive but is a lot so u can share with 2-3 people for a simple desert. The place is very clean too.

It was delicious!!! My son had a cookies and cream shake and loved it. I have to say it was very good; probably the best out of the three things we ordered. I ordered a lotus waffle. Bomb!! Full of flavor, rich and creamy. The lotus ice cream was yummy!! My husband ordered strawberry cheesecake. It was good but we wouldn't order again. He prefers thicker crust, less dense and light syrup...Ambiance was cool, nice space to sit and enjoy your treat. Service was good too.

We ordered Lotus Kunafa, iced coffee latte and espresso macchiato. Kunafa tasted really nice, but gets too sweet for one person to finish it. Probably a great option to share it with 2-3 people. Loved their menu displays on TV. Photos on the TV keeps changing, but the numbering on the photo helps in identifying the item on the menu. Ambiance - large indoor and outdoor seating. Spacious and isn't too noisy. Parking - Available

Came here with some family for some late night dessert and it was PACKED. I thought this place was actually REALLY expensive for what you get compared to similar places I have been to. Nonetheless, it was good and I enjoyed my waffle. Service and ambiance was good, as well.

Was looking for a sweet treat and was happy to find this place. I was happy to find the viral Dubai chocolate bar. It was good, and Not too sweet. I want to try the biscoff next time. The girl at the counter was very sweet and knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had. We also got a fruit tray for 1, and a strawberry cheesecake gelato. I will come back here and try out a lot of more the items they have. Even with 3 things we barely scratched the surface of options you can get here! Lots of seating inside with a patio seating area outside as well.

Dessert heaven at first sight. With sitting area outside and lots of tables inside. Opted for Brownie Magic, lemon Gelato and Cappuccino. Gelato is not great tasted like a sorbet and was all crumbled, brownie that supposed to be hot on the bottom with vanilla gelato on top well the brownie was cold and had to scrape it of the bottom of the pan with a force it was uneatable. Cappuccino was great. Service was friendly. They were having a some sort of party inside and kids from the party was running in and out of line between customers very chaotic and disorganized. Staff seamed overwhelmed.
