Great orchard. Went on a Saturday afternoon mid fall. They had a bounce house for the kids. A DJ booth set up for music, hays rides for the whole family, and the best apple cider donuts in the thumb. I would recommend this family owned business any day.

Had a fun family day here. The hot cider was delicious, as were the donuts. Lots of activities for the kids, like a corn maze, bounce house, and hay to climb. The apple orchard was cute, but there were hardly any apples, and the ones that were still there were mostly not good anymore. We only picked 5 apples. It is only the beginning of October, so I was really surprised at the lack of apples and the quality of them. As much as the snacks were delicious, I'm not sure if we'll return next year.

The best apple cider donuts in the area. The workers are incredibly nice too - I showed up in October and I was there an hour earlier than they actually opened, and they were happy to let me purchase cider & donuts anyways. These donuts and cider were a staple of my childhood and were a must-get on a rare trip back to Michigan during Fall. They had trees on the property that were absolutely beautiful as a bonus

Unorganized chaos. I absolutely dislike writing this review, mostly because all I want is to support small family businesses. My boyfriend and I saw a post on Facebook about how this orchard had a sunflower field, in addition to a cider mill. We love exploring new sunflower fields together and we especially love cider and donuts so we decided to venture the hour north to McCallums. The place itself is rather small. We walked in to the barn, which was a mess. Maybe they weren't staffed properly, but the tables were filled with trash. We read you had to pay for the sunflower maze, which we didn't mind. They use the honor system and a cup filled with water was waiting at the entrance to the maze. Were we supposed to put the money in there? Employees in the barn weren't helpful so we just carried on through the maze. The cider was tart and flavorless and not worth he $6 we paid for a half gallon. The donuts were large and apple cinnamon flavored. Not what we expected but still delicious, especially since they were hot and fresh for us. We each got a weird taste in our mouth when we inquired about cups for the cider and even where we picked up our donuts. For kids they did have a little playground area, which everyone seemed to enjoy. It's a smaller cider mill so don't expect a lot but McCallums is homey and you can tell the owners are trying their best!

Great apple orchard and cider mill in Jeddo, MI!In MI visiting family from Miami, FL and was looking for some u-pick apples and donuts. This place was perfect. Had some hot cider and donuts. Sat by the fire and the kids even feed a baby cow before picking apples and checking out the corn maze.We went on a Friday morning and it was steady but not crowded so a great option if you are looking for a smaller crowd.

It is late in the season but we wanted to go take a look while driving up here. Doughnuts were decent, cider neither here nor their. Everything was overpriced.Petting zoo had 4 goats, 4 chickens, 2 ducks, a calf, 2 rabbits and absolutely no e-i-e-i-oCorn maze was decent size, little play area for the little ones. They had fruit wines if that's your thing. As for me if I wanted fruit wines only the finest will do...Boone's farm

We had such a great time. I took two more of my grandchildren the very next day. Go early to avoid the heat. Blueberries and raspberries were delicious. Gift shop had some unique food items. The sunflower field was a nice bonus.

Pack your patience ...stood in line 20 minutes for donuts . Ok it's well worthy the wait for those warm apple battered donuts. The cider was not too sweet or bitter just right. cold and refreshing. Ahh almost fall

One of our favorite orchards in this area to go to, we go every fall it's a tradition. We always fill up a big bag full of apples, tons of apples always tons to choose from. Gala apples are super sweet. I love the experience for my son, that he gets to pick his own apples and see where they grow from. It's also really nice for their sunflower fields, it was so beautiful to walk through there and well worth the $5 entry fee. Pricing is very good at this location. We went to have cider and donuts today at the end of September and the line was so long that we decided to opt out of cider and donuts. They could definitely use more help with the registers and move the lines faster.

Apple cider and donuts were alright. Putting donuts in a plastic container makes them soggy and gross if there are any left over, but they were ok overall. My biggest gripe is that we paid $5 per person for the corn maze, and it was really a corn trail. We walked through the entire thing in 2 minutes with corn that is barely tall enough for it to be considered a "maze." Save your money on the extra things and go elsewhere.
