We have only been here a few times, but each time we are greeted as soon as we walk in. Our drink order was taken promptly -- their coffee is so good! This visit we tried a full order of Biscuits and Gravy and the Country Skillet. Both were excellent! The Country Skillet was huge - I ended up having to take half of it home. The inside of the M1 Grill is always clean and the restrooms are spotless. We have never been here for dinner, but we plan on doing so in the near future.It is odd they do not provide you with a bill for your meal - you just go up to the register and they tell you what you owe. Make sure you add up your meal to make sure the price is the same. Also, there is fee to use your credit card. Bring cash if you don't want to pay the extra fee.

When this restaurant first came to Pontiac, I was very pleased. Their service and customer service was top-notch, but since they've been here for a few years, and after the pandemic with COVID the prices are extremely high and the chicken is filled with some type of fat filling.. It's not real chicken. I always get a wing snack or winging dinner, and I was highly disappointed if I do go there ever again it would be only because nothing else is available. They never put the amount that you're being charged for on the receipt. Just the total amount. The prices are too high!!! and the food is starting to be consistent if I were you, I wouldn't go there , unless nothing else is available .

Was dropping off a friend at the train station in Pontiac. We had breakfast there. Wow! I had a coney omelette. It was better than what I've had at National Coney Island! Seemed like the cheese was better quality and their coney sauce was as really good. Good service. Waitress remembered my friend from last week cause he hung around waiting for me to pick him up. I will go back again on my own. It has a drive thru and doesn't look like there is enough room for tables inside but there iis. Plenty of tables. Good service and food.
