Cute little diner-like local restaurant. The prices were a bit high, but the food and service were great. I've only had breakfast here, and it's very tasty. Folks that work there are very friendly.

We have been a few times and I don't think we will be back.Today we ordered 2 omelets (no hashbrowns or toast) with bacon. $40 before tip. Service was slow, tables are crammed in there and it is not a fun environment. Its location is great for the farmers market but not worth the stop.

Food was filling and well done! It was very casual and a great pass through for everything from coffee to good breakfast. Take a look at there speciality menu for fun takes on classic items. Recommend , Apple French toast and Ashley's special

Nice, friendly atmosphere and good service although the two waitresses had to wait on tables, bus the tables and run the register. They could hire more help. The food was a bit underwhelming. My French omelette was good but the rye toast was cold and seemed a bit stale. Hash browns were on the greasy side. My wife had the biscuits and gravy. They had a sweetness to them that she didn't really care for. I would probably give this place another chance but I'm not thinking it will be anytime soon.

Still do not know how to do well done or extra crispy hasbrowns but amazing staff and yummy food! Worth the try for sure!

First time at this restaurant and I was quite pleased with all aspects of the dining experience. We came in for Breakfast on a Saturday morning and the place was definately hopping due to the Farmers market that was going on at the same time which is pretty much just across from the restaurant which draws in a lot of customers into this restaurant at this time. Definately something to keep in mind if you are going to come here on a Saturday morning.Relative to the restaurant, it offers both indoor and outdoor dining options where we selected indoor dining due to the long wait to get seated outdoors. The indoor portion off the restaurant is very casual and has a diner vibe to it offering both counter seating along with seated table dining. Relative to the menu, the restaurant has a fairly large set menu for breakfast along with a very large and diverse daily specials that were highlighted on two grease boards on the walls inside the restaurant. When you take into account the large diverse selection of breakfast menu options they pretty much have all the bases covered here offering something for almost every taste out there.For our breakfast both my son and I went with the daily specials as they in our opinion looked much more tasty/exciting than the traditional set menu where in his case he went with the California Omellet and I went with the Pecan Caramel Waffle that came with choice of meat (I chose the bacon which was a thicker cut and tasty) ) and a side of eggs. Both dishes were well made and tasty and in the case of my waffle with sides it was amazing how much food I got for $12.99, especially during these inflationary times and shrinking portion sizes as it was enough for two people where I ended up sharing with my granddaughter. For my drink I had their house coffee which was quite good in its own right where my only minor complaint with my meal was the size of the coffee cup which was quite small in my opinion. Fortunately though the waitress was very efficient on topping off my cup where I never saw the bottom of it and she even gave us a gratis cup to go without being asked. Definately a nice touch here. Lastly the service was very good during our dining experience, where the staff was very friendly with great follow up especially on the coffee refills which I view as a key aspect of great service when dealing with breakfast.Overall an excellent dining experience where we will definitely be returning in the near future especially if we are going to the farmers market again on Saturdays!

How disappointed we were in this visit. Started off with the gentleman at the counter indicating they don't seat until all the party is in the restaurant (no signage posted about that) ok fine. Took over 50 minutes to get an order of breakfast (on a Sunday) ..ok fine. Last straw was that we were served burnt blue berry pancakes and burnt chocolate chip pancakes which were too burnt to even eat. At this point we gave up and paid the bill and left. The service was kind as usual but the reason why we have gone is for the forward facing ownership and previous visits. Going to be a long time before we return, :(

What happened to Lynn's?! The hostess was so rude and even snapped at the guests behind us in line because they were waiting for their entire party to arrive. The server forgot half our food and every item came out individually, the black table was so nasty my daughter drew a heart with her finger. My oatmeal was so thick it literally took the shape of the bowl and no amount of milk could save it. Definitely not how I wanted to spend $60 on a Sunday brunch.

I first came in and ordered the half order but the waiter recommended the special with bacon and eggs. The bacon and eggs were superb but the biscuits and gravy were broth like and not creamy or flavorful.

Breakfast- Nice atmosphere, good food, decent service. Each time I've been there it's been very consistent.
