LUX Hookah Lounge

Never had any of the issues the previous reviews had, coming here. Good hookahs and charcoal was changed continuously, just wave at them if you need it changed sooner and they're quick to replace it.

The #1 hookah lounge I find myself at every single time I'm in town.My friends and family love coming here so I always stop by to smoke or get heads to go. Atmosphere is nice. Seating is comfortable. TV's are everywhere. Lots of drink and snack options. The music playing is always great, sometimes too loud, but always a good playlist.The reason why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the charcoal situation. The entire time this trip I was getting a teeny bit frustrated because the coals were not getting passed out in a timely manner. I never have had this issue in previous trips here, until this May. Maybe it was because they were short staffed, but I give them a pass because everything else was good.

The hookah: I tried double apple flavor, it's cool I liked it. It is fresh and smooth, the pipe is clean and doesn't have the usual sand-like remaining that come out when you inhale. The only thing that I didn't like about it is the coal on the head of the hookah. They use the chemical coal instead of the natural wood-coal, I think this will lessen the flavor. That's why I didn't give it five stars. The place: the place here is fantastic, and every sitting spot has its own tv with a remote control which gives you freedom to watch whatever you like. They don't have hot drinks like tea or coffee which usually goes with the hookah atmosphere.

My friend and I were the only ones in on a Friday night. The staff completely ignored us all night. Coals burned out and had to wait 20 minutes for a refill. If you want to stay in business DONT SMOKE YOU'RE OWN PRODUCT AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS! This place will be out of business in a year or less. If I could rate 0 stars I would.Additionally one of the guys working there was trying to push sprint phone sales on me. These people are very immature.

Service is terrible! Hookah burned very quickly... I've never had to have coals replaced in such short time.. each time I had to get up and ask to have coals changed. As my friend was walking to the bathroom the group of "workers" or people hanging out in the back were talking about "go help the white table" in Chaldean.. not knowing my friend speaks Chaldean. Save your time coming to this place!! It's empty for a reason. There are plenty of great serviced hookah bars near by.

One of the few sophisticated hookah spots. Most are so ethnic. I'll definitely be back!

One of the great hookah lounge , comfortable place , full of people and active , has a good hookah with many flavores, hookah price 18$, the sound of music is not so loud and that's one of the best thing to enjoy with hookah and talk with friends

Came to Lux Hookah Lounge the very first time around midnight on a Friday night. It was also the first time I had ever come to an actual hookah lounge and I loved it. The couches are super comfortable. The staff was friendly to us. They carry Haze brand shisha. Which I didn't mind either way. When I was there they played rap music primarily, which is my favorite. Great vibes. I had a wonderful time I recommend Lux! Bring friends!

Owner is rude. I didn't even feel comfortable sitting there because of the bad service. Also $10 for anyone who doesn't smoke is absolutely ridiculous. He seemed like he was making up prices on the spot just make more money. The skittles flavor doesn't even taste like skittles. Don't go to this place. There are so many better hookah places in the area.

let me just start by saying if I could give this place zero stars, I would. the ambiance is terrible. It's like walking into your friends older brothers basement where bad acid trips happen. the staff is so rude and act like you giving them business is inconveniencing them. god forbid i took a picture with flash and i had some 5'5" 20 year old wearing jeans that were too tight come up to me and my friends and id all of us. it's just simply not a chill environment, and the staff acts like they are better then you. not to mention no one came to check on the coal. you are better off taking your business to city and east where the setup and environment makes much more sense and you know you'll get much better service.
