Lume is probably one of the best dispensaries we've got out here. The people are always so friendly... the online orders are ready within 20 minutes or less half the time. There's so many options available. They've got mini pre-rolls... they've got regular size pre-rolls... they've got bags of premium grind(shake) you can buy for cheap... they've got flower.. edibles... vapes.. carts.. you name it!I've been coming here for at least 3-4 years now and there isnt another dispensary I even go to anymore.You can place your orders right online. Delivery or pick up. And the loyalty program is super generous. A point for every dollar you spend.If you get the pleasure to meet Kate- she's an absolute gem! Check it out ***All these people are haters lol it's a great place.(The picketers are RANDOM people who aren't employees that want Lume to UNIONIZE- these people are clueless & uninformed lol)

The service was on point. Organized, friendly, only a few customers at one time are let into the main part of the store.Good selections of products.

Lol. SOLD A RESIN CART AS A LIVE ROSIN CARTthey literally slap their lume sticker over the cartridge. It wasn't even a hybrid like the box said it's some random indica. Temperamental and rude staff. Routine picketing outside for not paying employees. I'm a medical patient, yet every time I shop, I'm charged a different amount for sales tax. It's almost like they charge whatever the employee feels necessary to charge. I'm officially boycotting this dispensary. It's unfortunate because it's so convenient to go to. But this just isn't worth it. Their inventory sucks, their prices suck. and God forbid you can't find a parking spot. This happened to me so I sent my friend in while I was off to the side in my running car in the driver's seat waiting for him. So two guys come out, approach the car like it's a caged wild animal, say nothing to me, and next thing I know the cops are there. It's actually laughable. How is this place still in business?

Selling resin carts and slapping over gold label rosin labels over it and marking up price I call and call them out and they have some bullshit story saying we are reusing resin carts to get rid of them. Been a long time customer and only place I would go to get my rosin carts since they first started selling them. You lost a long time customer and will make sure to spread the news before others get fooled. Your cover up story is BS

As professional and easy as Amazon, LYFT, pizza delivery or door dash. Lume Walled Lake delivery is absolutely dependable and professional. Delivery manager Malik is the best and delivery person Zoe is a pleasure with whom to interact. I am 69 and grew up when buying cannabis was a criminal act. Now, the people at Lume have made purchasing their products easy and a joy. Thank you Malik and Zoe. There are any other fine Lume associates to numerous to name. Lume is a wonderful business operation. Packaging is attractive and standardized. No employee will ever push to make a sale. Only accurate information is given with no hype.

Lume has friendly staff, great quality and decent prices. Lume is my go to for smoke, wide variety, I normally order what I want and it's ready to pick up within 15 minutes. Lume also has delivery if you don't have a ride. Nick Smith.

This place had a horrible mildew smell when I walked in. You go into the next room and it's even worse. Makes me concerned about how well kept the flower is.

I am shocked, that Lumes of Walled Lake, WILL NOT BE MAKING DELIVERY'S AFTER 7-31-24!. Those of us that have chronic pain, and depended on the Best despenser in Michigan, Lumes of Walled Lake!. These people, were like family to me, some of favorite people in the world . They will be GREATLY MISSED!. HOPE AND PRAY , THAT THIS WILL PASS, until then, I'll have to find a source that delivers. But THE PEOPLE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME, as the good people of Walled Lake despenser. Love ya guys, you WILL be GREATLY MISSED .

The staff is nice and the place seems very organized. The problem is they have what they have but don't know when previously sold strains will be available again. Prices are so so.
