This place is HORRIBLE. The lomein tastes like plastic and the rice is also not far from that. I would never try again

I've been wanting to try this spot based on the reviews of others. In my opinion good Chinese food is hard to come by in AA and Ypsi. My pickup experience was great. Food was ready on time and the lady at the register was so polite. I got the general Tso chicken and orange chicken combo. The chicken was great but the fried rice was just okay. Just a heads up the fried rice is just that. It doesn't include any chopped veggies or anything like that. The eggroles were okay a little dry but not terrible. Overall I'd like to try again as I ordered my food right before closing so it could have been a leftover batch. I'd recommend trying this place for yourself

Got lo mein, noodles mushy. Had gotten food before rice was undercooked. I'm not going back here again; which is a shame as it is so close to home.

This is a small place, but the food is pretty good. You have the option to add spice to any dish. I ordered the chicken and vegetables and had them to make it a little spicy. This dish is delicious. Since I've had this dish prepared this way I've been going back getting the same thing each time. I'll switch it up one day . The people in there are really nice. I enjoy the service that I get. Also, they have lunch special until 3pm everyday. They are very reasonably priced I'll be back again.

I love Lucky's combo fried rice. I am trying to stretch out and try some other items on their menu, but I am limited to gluten-free dishes only and that certainly makes things a little trickier to navigate through their menu. Fried Rice minus the soy sauce is almost always gluten-free so I end up eating a lot of that. Fortunately for me, Lucky 7 really makes a great stir fried rice and the generous amounts of chicken, shrimp, pork and even the eggs and bok choy.I'm a creature of habit so I end up getting their combo fried rice once a week and I still don't get tired of it.One day when Lucky 7 was closed and I was craving a quart of their fried rice, I ended up trying another local Chinese restaurant and I was very let down, overcharged and confused, almost as if I had been hustled. Fortunately Lucky 7 was just closed for the one day, and now I can go back to enjoying their excellent food.

It was fine. Not bad, not great. Just okay. The hot & sour soup wasn't hot (spice level) and had an oily aftertaste. Probably the worst I've had, to be honest. The spring roll was good. The lomein was tasty but not what I'm accustomed to. The noodles were fettuccini like, not the usual spaghetti type. Other than noodles and chicken, there wasn't much to it. On the plus side, the food is pretty cheap. All-in-all, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

My partner and I ordered from here the other day. We wanted to try a new Chinese place to see how good their food was. She got wonton soup and sesame chicken. The wonton soup had 1 wonton and the rest was broth. Every Chinese restaurant we've been to would literally fill the entire container with wonton's. Not this soup. She also mentioned her sesame chicken was edible, but nothing to write home about. Me, on the other hand, I had ordered pork fried rice. It was okay and edible. Again, nothing to write home about. Don't waste your money here.

I've been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant for a while and l was craving some so I decided to try this restaurant out. Overall the food was not bad. It wasn't that great either. The egg rolls were not as good. I ordered online and the online order was easy to use and the order was prompt and finished exactly as I ordered. Anyway the next day I decided to finish off the cashew shrimp I had left over and as I am eating I felt something solid in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was what appeared to be a fingernail. I have no reason or desire to falsely accuse them of anything. I will not take it up with them because in my experience they will only deny it. I reluctantly wrote this review but I felt that it needed to be said publicly. Do what you will with this review but this has been my experience and I will never go there again.

I honestly don't understand how this restaurant has stayed open so long! The worst Chinese food I have ever had. I ordered Sweet and Sour chicken combo and my Mom chicken and vegetables. The meat was dry and overcooked and had huge chunks of green peppers and onions in it like they were trying to use it up before it went bad or something. And the rice was GROSS! It didn't even taste like pork friend rice it tasted like someone put soy sauce on overcooked rice.Don't waste your money
