This is like a more toned down Outback, less loud and boisterous. Ambiance is laid back with shutters you can close. Service is more than spectacular with attention to every detail. We ordered NY strip medium and ribeye MR with 3 oz lobster add on and fire grilled corn, hand cut salads, mashed potatoes, and loaded baked potato. The food is ALWAYS amazing here with the seasoning to perfection and the interesting vegetable sides. Last time I had the deep flash fried Brussels sprouts with a honey glaze. As usual astounding taste profiles! The Parmesan on the fire grilled corn was a bit overpowering but a welcome uniqueness to corn. The only issue was my mistake of ordering my steak MR. Often the grill person will not chance charring it for fear of overcooking it but the light grill really took away that charred flavor the NY strip had. And in the end it was done medium not MR. Not worth complaining about but something to remember. If you like a rarer steak but still want the char ask them to get it as close to Pittsburgh style as possible. Will be coming back and thanks Carlton for being a wonderful server!!!!

Longhorn is one of my favorite chain restaurants and for good reason. The appetizers, sides, entrees and salads are all incredible. Stopped in recently with my family of 6 to celebrate a few birthdays. The parking lot was packed but, surprisingly, the inside was not. We were seated promptly and we got our drink and appetizer order in right away (Their spinach and artichoke dip is amazing!) We got our order put in shortly after. I'm taking off one star from my review because our waitress was pretty scatterbrained for our entire visit. One of our appetizers was the Texas Tonion, which was crispy onion petals with a zesty dip. We waited for her to bring a ranch dip to us. Not a big deal. Another issue was someone in the group ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream and she got it loaded instead. Again, not a huge dealbreaker.Food was dropped off shortly after. My sister's meal was dropped off later than the rest of ours. There's not much of an excuse because, again, there wasn't many in the restaurant. I recommend the grilled chicken and strawberry salad. It's ENORMOUS -- easily enough to split with someone else. The chicken is juicy and the toppings are all fresh.Boyfriend loved his shrimp and mashed potatoes. Others enjoyed their chicken, steak, salmon and chicken tenders. This gets to the part where we really noticed how scatterbrained the waitress was. She asked us for to go boxes (everyone had leftovers) and she only brought a small amount to the table. It was like pulling teeth trying to get extra boxes or bags. Their portions are large here, so it should be expected to bring larger to go boxes out. I'm pretty sure she was expecting us to ask for the bill at this point. But we were celebrating birthdays and had gift cards to use so we all ordered desserts to go. We weren't in the restaurant more than an hour, but somehow I felt like she was really pushing us out the door. Overall, we will be back. Maybe just for carry out though.

I believe our servers name was Kennedy, she was very nice and helped us order. I got the New York strip with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were a little too burnt and over cooked it seems like but nonetheless they were pretty good, the sauce that they're mixed in has a nice taste. Our appetizers and food came out decent timing. We had the Texas tonion, that was very good the sauce that it came with tastes like nail polish so we just dipped it into the Parmesan spinach dip. That dip is a 10/10!

This is a location that opened up recently in the last few months. It is a little slower than the location on Hall Rd. We walked in at 3:45 and had a ten minute wait. Once we were walking to be seated, we noticed the restaurant was pretty empty. The inside was pretty quiet too which was nice. My husband ordered a steak with a caesar salad and steakhouse mac. There is an additional charge for the mac and cheese. I believe it is $2.79 additional which isn't too bad. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and steakhouse mac. While we waited for the food, she brought out the bread and butter. I absolutely love their bread. It's always so fresh, warm, and delicious. Our food came out shortly after. The food tasted fresh and amazing. We didn't have any issues.I also got a free dessert for my birthday treat. The coupon is valid for 21 days so they give you enough time to go in. The lava cake is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back again!

I stopped in for dinner with my grandson on a Saturday late afternoon and we had a great dinner. The ambience was cool with good country music playing and our server was very attentive. We both ordered steak dinners and our steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely would come back again.

Great food as always. The steak sear is top notch. The wings are to die for and really hit the spot. The location was clean and standard for a longhorn. The service was great and friendly. Overall, a good meal. Nothing stood out but nothing was horrible.

The French onion soup and bread were the best part of the meal. That's not a good sign for a steakhouse. The server was friendly but disappeared at times when we needed her. My steak was cooked well when I asked for it medium rare. She didn't show up to ask how the food was until my friend was close to being done with his meal. She brought a new steak 15 minutes later. We ended up eating at different times because of the overcooked steak. The manager came over to apologize but nothing was taken off bill. The correctly cook steak was good but not great. It was very greasy just like the mashed potatoes. Don't think I will be back as there are much better steak places in the area.

I had a VERY GOOD experience!! It was super busy, but it was just opened, and everyone seemed to be happy for this new place in town. The staff was super friendly - they went out of there way to make us happy running around taking orders and seating people just working as fast as they could! There was a long line out the door. I will say yes, the food is a bit on the expensive side, but it was cooked right - large portions and served hot. What more can you ask for. The steak and shrimp combo was sooo good! 5 stars on that,,

Food was terrible doused with a salt/pepper powder that the waitress even told us many people complained about! Onion petals were not only to cold to eat they were doused in this salt/pepper powder as well and sent back! First time at a Longhorn and can tell you it will be the last! Yuck
