The food is amazing! The employees are pretty cool...they don't talk much. They speak spanish and english. It is a food truck but they do have tables you can sit at and eat outside.

Not the best area, but super tasty tacos. We went here today and got some steak tacos, some marinated pork (asador, I think), and a beef tongue taco (him, not me, ha). Tacos are $1.50 each and come in corn tortillas, piping fresh. We each also got an agua fresca (horchata) which was delicious, and only $2 to boot. The truck is located on Springwells St right off of 75, in a tiny parking lot. I believe they have two trucks because my boyfriend said the last time he went, the truck looked different. In warmer weather, they have a few seats outside, too; it's November today so we ate in his car.Three tacos ($4.50 total) were a very filling meal, and very tasty. I'll be back at some point.

I don't know if I'd say it's the best food truck in Detroit but it's the best I've had that i can think of. Definitely better than a lot of restaurants around here. Asada tacos are everything here, there is one with chorizo mixed in that's bomb too, and a birria taco that's good. The yellowish green salsa (I think it's jalapeno puree?) is bomb, make sure you get some. Im throwing 4 stars all over this joint and its not that anything wasnt up to par, i just don't think I'd 5 star a taco truck no matter how good the tacos were.

This is El Parian 2, the second taco truck location. And reputably one of Detroit's best tacos. Though often out of their other meat options, the two main staples are steak or al pastor. Both are delicious and will run you $1.50 a piece. Topped with cilantro and onions. They also come with a side of grilled green and jalepeno peppers. The wait is the downside of this truck. At peak hours, expect to wait 30-40 min. During downtime, it'll still take 10-15 until tacos are ready.Overall 3.5/5 the al pastor comes out juicier than the steak. Worth the 1.50 to grab as many as possible. Call the number on the truck pic to call ahead during lunch/dinner rush.

As a native Californian, I am very picky about Mexican food. This is by far the BEST that Detroit has to offer.

We stopped here on a whim after leaving the Paint the Ice event at Joe Louis Arena, and left feeling satisfied. My old neighborhood has a number of good choices when it comes to Mexican food and the food trucks are sometimes overlooked. The food was tasty, full of flavor and was fresh. The choices of salsa that they give you added to this flavorful experience. We had a steak taco and two chicken quesadillas. Mind you, these aren't the Americanized tacos and quesadillas. Rather, these are authentic Mexican food items that put a smile on your face. While you're here make sure to walk across the street and buy some fresh cut fruit from the nice gentleman selling it. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would certainly recommend you stop here if you're in the area and are craving Mexican food.

Only reason this place gets a star knocked off is because every time I go, the only have about half of the items on the menu. Place is ill as hell - something about the tortillas really makes this spot stand out. Fingers aren't greasy afterwards? $1 tacosBunch of stuffCoolThis review sucks

I used to eat here about once or twice a week until yesterday I realized that the cook or the guy taking customer orders spits in peoples food. someone spit phlegm on my food and covered it with radish slices. I saw it when I took them off. it was green and slimy/sticky but the manager or whoever she was, said it was a piece of "overcooked onion" although i had HD video and pictures showing what it was like. It's not to be confused with anything else.i tried contacting the owner and he never was available nor did he feel it was important to speak with a customer with a valid concern. the manager brushed me off so I am in the process of having a private lab collect and confirm that there is in fact human DNA from one of the cooks on my food. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS TRASH.

Used to be good, lately have had nasty food, won't be coming back, not sure if it's a different cook, but the quality is no longer there, ask for food a certain way and they do whatever they want. They've plenty of other taco carts in the area Skip this one
