Loaded Dice Brewery

A stripmall nanobrewery with an oddly shaped and crowded parking lot. I went on a Friday and they had a food trailer. Inside was a large bar and tables. It was medium loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beer was really good, in particular for a nano. They are trying to find a new location.

Updated review: We had a bad experience here with rude staff members, but the owner reached out to me about it and that means a lot. It's not easy to be a small business and I would like other people to make their own minds up during their visit.

My local brewery. Good group of characters, varied entertainment/ activities. Kind of place where you just might meet and converse with the owners. Food trucks are usually good and generally reliable - see Facebook for the schedule of food and fun. Beers are on Untappd.

I have been wanting to give loaded dice another try and today was the day. I'm so glad I did. When I walked in, the place was quite busy. I managed to get the very last spot at the bar. They were full of regulars and everyone was super inviting and friendly. Both beer tenders were so nice and helpful! The beer was delicious. I was happy to see that they change out thejr beer frequently. They had a band playing today that was a parody type. They would play anything requested. Super fun! Tomorrow they are having a beer and bacon pairing. The only thing I like as much as beer and bacon would be cheese....and pickles haha. I just may have to come back tomorrow. I had a great time and didn't want to leave. They don't serve food but they have foot trucks. I love a good food truck! Will most definitely be back!!

Loaded Dice just opened this weekend!! It's tucked back in a strip mall off Rochester road, so you might not see it at first but it's back there! There's indoor area with seating and an outdoor area with cute lights and small tables to stand around. The outdoor area is dog friendly! Staff was very nice and friendly! Came outside frequently to check on us and clear empty glasses. The beer was tasty! I had a tasting flight- they had 5 beers on tap and the flight included all 5. I think I liked the Mayco the best- it was a milkshake IPA. I'm looking forward to coming back when their menu has expanded and am expecting my 4/5 review may go to 5/5 when they have a bigger selection. On their website looks like they are brewing up a fruity sour IPA and a peanut butter bacon beer!! Excited to come back to try these!

Upon pulling up the area in a small strip mall was a little off putting! But once inside the environment was very friendly and seemed to have a few regulars! The guy who took care of use who I believe may have been the owner was beyond inviting and chatted up a few conversations with us while we were enjoying our beer! The beer was pretty solid with a awesome smoky hefeweizen and a 14% easy drinking stout! Can't say often that I liked all of the beers and for Loaded Dice that was the case!

Enjoyed the beer here! It was unique flavor profile and delicious. The location is a little hidden in a strip, it's hard to see it initially from the street. We came in on a Saturday and it wasn't too packed but had quite a few people. We got a flight - they had a range of beers. I'm not a huge fan of IPAs but they had several other beers that I really enjoyed. They do not serve food, but they usually have a food truck. It was cancelled due to the snow on the night we went. We grabbed a couple cans to split before we left - they're a little pricy for the cans at $6+ but they are the taller ones. Would come back when I'm in town!

I keep coming back for the great beer and great company. This has quickly become my favorite local brewery.

We've been coming here for a bit now, but took for granted how spoiled we've been when it comes to the quality of the beer. Honestly, they are unmatched in the area. There's always a good variety, and the constantly rotating taps give you a great reason to become a regular. :) On top of that, the LDB team is stellar!
