LIV Cannabis - Ferndale

My go to dispensary for all my needs...Usually a deal of some sort going on no matter what you need.Great in-store service, but don't forget about the delivery which is fast and friendly Bravo

Your neighborhood weed shop. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and organized and they have a great variety. I feel like they're also one of the cheapest for what you get in the area

Ok prices but great selection. Area is quiet and pick-up option is normally pretty quick.

Gave Liv another chance and whew Liv's selection has dropped off a cliff leaving the customer deciding between mainstream basic B blister packs or Michigander Fire... which is a fine grower but not budget friendly. Where are the bulk options, where is the shake, and how does Liv compete against Puff/Liberty's $99 ounces?edit: that manager guy saying come in and they'll make it right for me in the previous review? He didn't reply for 2 months so there's a good example of how much they "care"

Out of all the options to shop this is the place to go! Every person inside is friendly talkative and knowledgeable!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I love LIV. I love their loyalty program and products. Most of their staff is amazing and personable. However, I had a terrible customer service experience with a staff member who was extremely rude and condescending towards me for absolutely no reason. The store had just opened so maybe she had a bad morning. However, that is no excuse to be rude. We all have tough things to deal with. However, bringing it to the work place and just being mean is unacceptable. I never want to be serviced by the young lady whose name is Ky or Kai (I don't know the correct spelling of her name) ever again.

Good service, best service you can get at a dispensary in my experience, but the bud/product is mediocre, it's not as high thc % as they advertise which is not something they should be doing.And they re bag/rebadge worse buds and try to pass them off as better ones. I've gotten lots of mediocre flowers from here that claim they're 25%+ when they're easiy not even 20%... I've been going here a while and have tried a lot of diferent flowers over time and I feel this is consistent.Good service but bad product for the money, use for convenience not if you want something nice

Service is subpar. Employees are cocky and rude.I have used the drivethru nearly everyday for 3 years. I will not be returning.

Used to be a pretty solid dispensary. But ever since they merged with Common Citizen, they've completely fallen off. There is no variety anymore. It's just Common Citizen and overpriced mid product. Common Citizen is also a trash bud, consistently caught selling below grade weed complete with mold, seeds, and just lacking in overall quality. Employees have whistle blown multiple times that they're told to cut of weed from flower that has started to grow mold and sell what remains. Just do a quick google and see what i mean. They're also incredibly corporate and treat their employees like complete trash.And no, Felix, I will not be emailing your complaint box. It is a waste of time. Nothing will change, you've made that very clear with your responses over the years.
