Little Thai Express

I was in the Clinton Township area few months back to visit my friend Sara and we were both in the mood for Thai. I had searched up places around me and stumbled upon Lil Thai Express. We walked in and were instantly greeted. The atmosphere of the place has a simplistic feel to it and it's a good size. I got myself the seafood combo medium spice with a bowl of their tom yum soup and Sara got herself the basil fried rice with no meat mild spice and a bowl of their hot and sour soup. Our food came out quickly, nice and fresh. The presentation of our food looked appetizing and everything tasted up to par. I was highly satisfied with my seafood combo entree and the lady was very sweet about asking if I wanted more rice with it too. Sara and I were both definitely satisfied with our meals walking out. If you ever want a good tasty place to eat I highly recommend eating here.

Food was a bit oily, the container and bag was soaked but the food was good! I had the chicken Thai and I do recommend it

AMAZING! Best Thai food I've had in the area. The food is delicious and very flavorful. Just the right amount of spice (I get medium). I will definitely be ordering from them at least once a month. My boyfriend even commented on how this is one of the best Thai food he has had before. He doesn't really care about food itself, food is fuel to him. I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

I've eaten here once. I had pad Thai with the vhoonseen noodles and Thai tea. Was very good. So far the best I've had locally.Small dine in area. Looks like its mostly carryout. I'll be back again soon.

I love this Little GEM! friendly staff, good food, GREAT prices, crispy rolls are sooo good

Ok. This was lame. Pad thai was without orange colored tamarin flavor. Very wanabee at best. And Tom Yum soup was too diluted. Total disappointment. Just saying. We are from San Francisco and expected better. Would not do again . Sorry.

Had the pineapple fried rice with tofu and veggie spring rolls.. Portions were good, food was good, but the spring rolls were too greasy. Also ordered pad kow pode. The Napa was a little bitter but the flavor of the brown sauce was flavorful.

We love all Thai food. Today maybe it was just the chef,or the dishes we chose. The food was way too oily . Every dish had too much chili oil. The waitress was super nice and the prices are fair. We will give it another chance, but today it was disappointing.
