Deck the halls with boughs of holly....One of my besties decided to treat me for a birthday outing. She chose this location because it was a favorite restaurant of my late husband and I'd never gone. He would meet his childhood buddies here on several occasions for their monthly breakfast outing.The restaurant was totally decked out for Christmas! We later found out that our friendly waitress, Dawn, is the one who decorates the entire restaurant for each holiday. My bestie goes to this restaurant on a regular basis for takeout for their Hudson Maurice Salad and Maurice salad dressing. This restaurant obtained the recipe from the now defunct Hudson store. She says it tastes just like the salad sold at Hudson's locations downtown Detroit and Northland Mall.I completely altered my Hudson Maurice salad by removing the olives, sweet relish and salad dressing by adding egg and poppy seed dressing. I took pictures of mine and not one of the original Hudson Maurice salad. After we were served our salads and bread, Dawn came back with a birthday pancake for me. Now, I would never order salad and pancakes. I munched a little on my salad and a little on my pancake. We also ordered carrot cake and lemon rice to go.I truly appreciate Dawn for the surprise!I will definitely say Dawn is one of the highlights of Little Daddy Family Restaurant. We will be back requesting to sit in Dawn's section again.

I've eaten here a number of times now, it's a convenient location to meet friends before a meeting nearby.They are very welcoming & friendly. Waitstaff is excellent & attentive.Food is your basic cony-diner kind of thing & yet they will also have a dinner special listed at $35, so you can spend a little or a lot.Ambiance? Not really, lol. Booths, tables. Think any cony restaurant.I've tried many things, including the Maurice Salad, the American Chicken Wrap, fish & chips, and the Cuban wrap. All were very good.Some dishes come with their house made chips, but even if your dish doesn't, get a separate order & share--they are delicious!

Came in to get a greek omelette no Gyro meat ready. Just close, you shouldn't even be in business. Now we know why Big Daddy's didn't make it.

I absolutely LOVE Little Daddy's! I've been coming here for years! It feels like family here! The sweetest waitresses ever. I love that I can get a glass of "wine" Their lemon rice soup is my favorite!!! The spinach pie is off the charts, I love their Greek salads & Gyro sandwiches.. their tzatziki sauce is the best you'll ever ever have! They've remodeled and it looks really nice in here! Every time I leave, I feel so special.. I've come here with my father, girlfriends, my grandkids.. consistent good food and the beautiful service, friendly smiles is just one of a kind! Thank you to everyone at this restaurant that I just love! You all are the BEST!

Went to a business network event here. We had a smaller menu for our group. Ordered the grilled chicken gyro. It's a set menu for the network group. We found that the grilled gyro wasn't too bad. We

I would have done zero stars if allowed. Service was slow, and our Chopped Sirloin was served raw. My friend was offered to take 35% off of the price for this entree, (because he had eaten some of the side items) for being served food that could have killed him. It was only when we raised our voices, and demanded that we not pay for it, they RELUCTANTLY agreed, even though the manager insisted that the chopped sirloin was cooked "Medium".

Just had dinner here with a friend 9/26. The front lobby was filthy and badly in need of vacuuming, glass cleaning, etc. First impressions. I was one of two people in the restaurant at 4:30 pm. After being seated, the music spewing from the speaker overhead was so loud that my friend and I could barely have a conversation. I asked the waitress to lower the music three subsequent times. The manager came by to ask if all was well, and I mentioned the music to him. He said the music was controlled by "corporate" and he couldn't lower the volume.My friend asked if they had orange marmalade and the manager told us it was impossible to get...there's a shortage on orange marmalade...really?The coffee pot they brought me was also filthy, with gross dried food and debris all over it.The food was very good, though we had to wait many minutes to have our order taken. We had to prompt the waitress to discuss sides and options. When I went to drink my glass of water, it smelled and tasted strongly of bleach, so I couldn't finish it.This place used to be a go-to for me and my friends. Unfortunately, I will never be going back.

Sometimes I go here as it is a cheap quick option near my work. The food is always mediocre but it's generally been cheap which is why I go back. The lady who always answers the phone is generally pretty rude. Today I ordered a cheeseburger lunch special, which says it is $6.99 on the menu. I went to pickup my food and was charged over $16. There are many diners in the area with better food and service, and the only reason I used to go here was the prices. I understand that it may just be outdated menu, but for the prices to more than double with no change in the size or quality of the food, and to not have anyone say anything to me about the price was perplexing to say the least.

Gluten free feta chicken with quinoa and bland a** broccoli. This chicken wasn't seasoned and when I called to ask I was told "we only season ot by request because some ppl don't like all that" WHAT ?! Who likes unseasoned chicken ?! Ive had this dish before from another location and it was better. Unseasoned chicken should be a crime.

Local institution. Support local business! We have been going for years. Post pandemic , things were a bit lackluster with service , etc, lack of staff. Things have certainly picked up! Food quality is great and tasty , particularly breakfast. Large menu with dinner. They do have a bar menu which is helpful. Service was excellent and efficient the last time I was there. Phyllis is an excellent GM who really goes out of her way to make sure service and food Meet our expectations.
