WOW! Just check out the mega huge croissants! At around $4/croissant, these are a bargain considering the $6-7/croissant that another local patisserie sells for croissants that are half this size. I tried the almond, chocolate and cheese croissants so far. I liked the chocolate the most but they were all good and very flaky. I just wish the cheese croissants used Asiago for the cheese - it's a bit stronger flavor than whatever cheese they used. They were very generous and included a couple of cookies in the box for free with the order. I'll be going back to try some of the other pastries soon.

Absolutely the best cheesecake I had in a long time. The crossiants were delicious too. The customer service was excellent. Tgey were very friendly in explaining there products. I was not expecting that cheesecake to be that good or I would have gotten a second piece for my travels. A must try!!!

SERVICE: The younger man that helped us was very nice and very patient. Handled our items with care.FOOD: This is what we purchased ....Nutella croissant-- This is a large croissant that tasted so delicious, perfectly buttery crust! You can taste how fresh these were and can tell how much the owner cares about what he does! Price $4.50Cinnamon roll -- Again, very good! Price $4.50Chocolate chip cookies-- So soft and delicious! 3 for $5OVERALL THOUGHTS: Cute small run bakery that serves VERY delicious items made with care and quality. I will say that the day we went they didn't have a very big selection of items. The croissants alone are worth a trip!!WOULD I RECOMMEND OR RETURN? Yes and Yes!

The croissants and pastries were delicious!! Excellent choices; the almond, cheese and chocolate almond are my favorite! Almond is definitely my top favorite!!! The service was great, very helpful and and answered all my questions. The ambiance was simple and classic. The only thing I didn't care for was the fruit topping on the pastries, it tasted fake and gummy. Not a real fruit topping. They should make the fruit topping from actual fruit.

All you need to know about Le Belal is that they have THE BEST CROISSANTS. I challenge you to find someone else who does it better. They also have a mixed berry cheesecake and fruit tarts that are to die for. My brother hyped this place up and he didn't disappoint.

I thought I reviewed this place...I don't know what happened to my review? I also see a few other reviews on here which were marked "not recommended". Well...this little place is gem & the owner is such a pleasant man. My mother and I checked this place out and we liked everything we tried! Def the cheesecake is a winner...I went back in and got another piece because it was that good! The zaatar croissant sticks are so delicious....I would get there a bit earlier to make sure they are fresh & get yourself a few. They are easy and delicious to eat. The croissants have this delicious butter layer throughout...just Devine! The creme puffs were tasty...he has a few different varieties and they were all pretty good. Not my favorite, but creme puffs aren't really my thing. I'll be back to try a few other things here and of course the cheesecake...I mean if you like cheesecake, just go try it there please!

Great place. Amazing selection. You heard the "kid in a candy store" saying well the new one should be "like an adult in a patisserie!" I couldn't decide what to get so I got 4 different filled croissants, a choux bun with craquelin and filled with vanilla custard (amazing), chocolate truffle, a raspberry fruit tart, and a zaatar coated crispy bread. My daughter loved the Nutella croissants. My favorite was the raspberry filled croissant. The other two croissants were a chocolate pistachio and a milk chocolate, both divine. The tart was delicious. The people were awesome. I can't wait to go back. I need a dozen of the cream puffs!

Delicious new shop. Chef is New York City trained in French pasty and baking. We had the cheesecake and 3 cookies. Cheesecake was smooth and rich but not overly sweet. The cookies had a good balance of chew and crisp edges. They use Valrhona chocolate and the quality makes a huge difference.The chef generously offered us 2 Nutella profiteroles which were delicious, crisp pastry and creamy filing. The shop is clean and open with the kitchen open for all to see the Chef do his magic. Highly recommended.

Best croissants we've ever had! We got milk chocolate, dark chocolate and an everything croissant. All of them were out of this world! We also got a banana coconut chocolate muffin, moist and delicious. Our first time in LeBelal, definitely not our last!!!
