I don't just hand out five star reviews, but this place deserve it!Staff of servers were very friendly and efficient. Obviously they've been there a while.I went during a weekday morning, so the place wasn't crowded.I got the basic breakfast, I think they call it the Lakeside Special.Three eggs, potatoes (I chose American), toast, plus NOT a choice of meat, but all three meats! Ham, bacon, sausage links.Very filling, all for $10. Coffee was $2.50.Highly recommend this place for breakfast.

I had read the reviews for Lakeside Coney Island and decided to go there. But, when I got there, it wasn't the restaurant I'd thought it was. (Turns out, I was thinking of the Lakeview Bar & Grill.) But, I decided that, since the reviews were good and I was already there, I'd try it. And I'm glad I did.First, the servers were very nice and welcoming. They treated me like someone who's been there many times, not like a first-timer. I liked that the restaurant felt large and clean as well.I ordered the corned beef and Swiss omelette. I don't know how, but I think it was the best corned beef omelette I've ever had -- including from local delicatessens that are known for corned beef! I was a little disappointed that my hash browns weren't actually brown, but they were so full of flavor that it turned out not to matter.As many have said, the portions are large, so I brought home half of everything to enjoy another day.The only negative thing I have to say is that they didn't actually accept the Yelp coupon that popped up when I checked in; everyone had said they'd never seen it before,

You can't get an omelette this size at this price. Can easily be a meal or two of leftovers if you'd like. The egg was really thin, almost wrap-like, which didn't match how much filling they put it. But I won't complain. With the overall size, you still get plenty of egg in every bite. Hash browns were grated, fluffy, with a browned texture that could be more present. Fluffy hash browns usually means the potatoes had a lot of moisture and that's only going to increase with the steaming hot omelette. The corn beef hash was delicious, they have house made or canned options so be sure to specify if you want canned (but why would you?). Great option for cheap breakfast with expectations of leftovers, and service was surprisingly fast with the back to back rushes we saw from our table. It's also good to see how clean they keep the tables and things on the tables, I think this needs to be appreciated more by letting you know!

First time checking out this place and the food is great! Service is also amazing but they were incredibly busy! I got a chicken Caesar wrap which unfortunately was over sauced it and took away from the fully enjoyment but thats a simple mistake but the fries were PERFECT! They were crispy, hot and all things that fries should be and aren't ever. The rest of my group enjoyed their food and we'll all be back soon :)

Always good! This is a place a buddy of mine found, and it became our breakfast spot. I've shown another buddy this place, and now it's our spot also lol. Now He tells me about taking his dad and brother here and making THEIR spot (replacing Lulu's, and other very good spot ). This place will keep you coming back for more. Also, have to mention the quality of bacon they use! They use bacon as good or better than what I buy at the store! Love this place! 10/10 would recommend.

Their Greek salad is the best in town. Their dressing is the good stuff too! Not the nasty crap you get at other restaurants. I think it's homemade ...I forgot to ask the server. Grilled chicken can be added for $2 extra. They must use a seasoned grill. Lots of flavor!! Yum! I recommend adding the chicken for sure.The wrap pictured (Chicken Shawarma type of wrap) is not "currently" on the menu. Ask your server for it! And ask for a side of tzatziki sauce. It's delicious!!!They used to have a $1.99 breakfast special. It's $3.99 now and that's still a good deal in my opinion. Especially since the food is always really good and your plate is filled with deliciousness. You pay for great food and great service! If you want cheap/crappy food, go somewhere else (stop being cheap)! If you want tasty food at a good price, you'll love this place.

Best breakfast restaurant in Walled Lake omelets are the best! Cinnamon French toast is awesome! Has take out dinners for the elderly in the area. Sunday the place is packed. Give it a try!

It's cheap diner food, but it's the best cheap diner food in the area! You can't get a good hot meal for this price anywhere else. The staff is hardworking and always on top of refills. The food is consistent, never had a cold or burnt item there and my usual order tastes the same every time.
