I always passed by this spot on my way downtown, curious but unsure of what it was. I finally decided to stop in, and it turns out to be a nice, laid-back coffee cafe. I could definitely see myself bringing my laptop in and working here--it's got a great vibe. It is clear that they take great care and attention to making the coffee and ensuring everything is prepared with quality in mind. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Stopped by this spot during my visit to Detroit because I was looking for a place to get some work done. This place is perfect because they have outlets, free wifi, and a good amount of working space. Drink 4/5Ordered an iced vanilla latte with whole milk and easy ice. It was good but not mind blowing. Ambiance and parking 5/5Loved the ambiance with all kinds of seating, a clean bathroom, and lovely music. They have a front door and a back door so you can either park in the back alley or by the front of the coffee shop on the street. Price 5/5I'd say $6.50 for an iced latte is average nowadays and that was one of the more expensive drinks they have. Service 4/5The cashier and barista were polite and helpful but not overly friendly. OverallI'd definitely stop by if I visit Detroit in the future and am in the area!

Amazing coffee shop near Eastern Market. It has a great atmosphere that makes it a nice spot to socialize. I enjoyed the vanilla bean latte and dem latte. They were sweet without being overly sweet. They also have breakfast burritos and few pastry options.

a lovely, modern, and bright cafe. the workers were super nice. i ordered a flat white and a quiche lorraine. this cafe is definitely on the pricier side, but it's worth a visit! plenty of seating as well. we went on a saturday late morning, and there was even a dj playing (what id describe as) soft techno. the flat white was super delicious and the latte art was awesome. the quiche was definitely bigger than expected but not complaining at all! i especially liked the sharpness of the cheese -- and there was no soggy bottom either. definitely recommend. we went out of our way to stop by and it was so worth it!

One of my fav coffee places in the Eastern Market area. Great place to get some work done while you enjoy great coffee. They play great music and the shop is roomy with comfortable seating. The woman who runs the register (may be the owner?) is very personable and kind. Same with the guy who makes the drinks. They have great pastries and sometimes breakfast burritos. Indoor and outdoor seating!

Very cool space and great coffee. I love that they have outdoor seating, group seating, and standard table and chairs. It was a bit too loud for me to study, but I was able to work on some other stuff while I was here.

Picked up a Too Good To Go bag and was disappointed at the lack of value. The bag's contents were supposed to be $12 worth of goods soon to be tossed. In the bag was a single croissant. The croissant was delicious but too close to full price for something that was going to be thrown away. If you're unable to honor the TGTG value, cancel the order well before pick up or lower the amount of bags you list.

Coffee was fine, but the owner was rude and passive aggressive. Wouldn't choose to come back here again.

Barista/Owner was extremely rude to me while I was here. I sat at the coffee bar and the entire time they were asking me to move so that they could serve more people. They should really reconsider their seating arrangement, as I was not taking up much space. At the end the owner made a rude remark under his breath
