La Marsa - Farmington Hills Middlebelt

My favorite restaurant in Michigan. I always get Chicken Sauté, rice, and Fattoush Salad. Tonight I also got the Mint Tea and it was great. And probably the best of all are the dinner roles and garlic sauce. I don't know how they do it but it's amazing

I always love La Marsa! Their salads are the best! I recently figured out their Garden Salad is basically the same as their Fattoush Salad minus the fried chips and sumac seasoning!! Wow, this is great for me since I don't need those chips & the dressing has sumac in it so the Garden Salad is perfect once you add some Chicken Schwarma on top. They give you the delicious warm bread with the garlic sauce - yum yum and their lentil soup (more liquidy but flavorful) is very good! This location on 10 mile & Middlebelt is smaller than the Drake location (maybe more people do carry out at this location???) but the service was excellent and we enjoyed our meal. We love La Marsa, can't wait to have it again!

This is the WORSE LaMarsa in the franchise (or location if it is not franchised). NOTHING here tastes like the other locations. The lentil soup was very runny, the salad dressing taste more like vinegar than anything else, the gallaba was just not flavorful at all. I will drive out of the way to never come to this location again. Tried three times and now they're really earned this review!

Grabbed some middle eastern carry out tonight from here. Been to other La Marsa's, they are usually ok food. We ordered a Fattoush salad, no pita with 4 chicken kafta skewers and a chicken shawarma plate dinner with lentil soup and a side of hummus. The bill total is $48.74. The chicken kafta is okay, rather dry and lacking of taste to me. The Fattoush salad was okay, but there was a lot of rotten lettuce and a salad butt in it too. The chicken shawarma meat is okay, half was dry and half was moist. The hummus is fine, as was the lentil soup too. The lentil soup didn't have much lentil in it or the t was so pulverized that it wasn't discernible.

Small restaurant, good food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Service was great. Try the debone chicken.

I'd rate this place 3.5 stars based on my meal, but I'm rounding up to 4.I ordered on Doordash, and they delivered earlier than anticipated, so that was nice. My chicken shawarma wrap was stuffed with a generous amount of chicken meat and pickles. I appreciate the garlic sauce on the side as requested. The wrap had good flavor, but unfortunately the chicken was kind of dry, even though it was thigh meat.I ordered rice pilaf on the side, and they were very generous with the portion - I received a whole dinner entree sized carryout container full! I do wish there were more toasted almonds...it came with just a small handful of slices. Some other middle eastern places use the slivered almonds and more of them. Overall though, it's a good value for $3.99.I also ordered half a dozen pita bread, but received 9. I appreciate the bonus! The bread was hot, aromatic, and delicious, especially with the leftover garlic sauce I had.In terms of food quality, it's not the best middle eastern I've had, but portion sizes are great and the food is hot and fresh.

La Marsa never disappoints! They hosted an in office day and the food was fresh, hot, full of flavor as always! Baklava was good too! Thanks for being my go to spot for Mediterranean food!

I ordered online for takeout and got an entree which came with two sides that the app allowed me to select and add to the order.When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told that my sides didn't come with the meal, and I would have to pay extra to get them. Apparently I had ordered the 'Appetizer' version. And even though I was able to add them to my order, appetizers don't have sides.So even though my online receipt shows me having sides with my meal, and I thought I was paying for them as part of the cost of my $30 entree, I had to pay an additional $11 just for some rice and grilled vegetables on the side.The food was as good as any similar type of restaurant. But I don't think I'll ever be coming here again. Bottom line - those who order online at this restaurant beware! They may not honor their end of the deal.

Love this place.. Lamb k-bobs are the best.. rice with those skinney little noodles.. salad with the fattoush dressing and ice tea... This is my order.. Service is great.. Everything prepared perfectly.. Nice restaurant with comfortable chairs..

I love this restaurant! They have really good spicy hummus and chicken shawarma. The employees are very kind and the food is prepared quickly.
