Kwan's Chop Suey

Really enjoyed our takeout from Kwan's and have been wavering between 3-4 stars. Our favorites: - Pork Lo Mein- this one is a must try if you're a lo mein fan. It's absolutely killer and probably the best I've had in the area. - crab Rangoon - absolutely stuffed with ingredients and delicious. The perfect amount of crunch. So good. Just OK: Mongolian beef had good flavor but was super heavy on the onions. The sauce was more like regular gravy. General Tso's - not my fave as the breading was super thick and chewy versus light and crunchy. Overall I will definitely be back and try some more of their noodle dishes. Give this spot a try!!!

Was recommended by friend so stopped in and ordered chicken chop suey and almond chicken & their crab thingy, fried rice and was completely disappointed. Rice was pretty good but the rest was not. Maybe a bad day don't know. Almond chicken was like rubber, almost like it was reheated microwaved then battered and thrown in the deep fryer.? Impossible to cut with just your fork really needed to apply force with a knife, like I said...rubbery/chewy. Chop suey was just ok nothing special. I won't t be back there's so many way better places IMHO...maybe the other things they offer are great but I'm not willing to find out.

Simply love this place , and he remembers your face and name every time you come in . Food is really good it was an unexpected find near the house . I have fallen in love the the king pao deluxe and the chicken and shrimp lo . Great every time I have ordered from here

Been going to Kwan's for many years and the food has always been great. There are only two Chinese food places that I go to and Kwan's has always had the edge. You don't be disappointed.

I've been going to jeans a few years now and haven't had anything from them I did not like. The vermicelli and fried rice are my go to!

Yelp Said they are open until 9pm. Called at 825pm on Wednesday and a prerecorded message restated their hours as being open and then said goodbye and I heard an audible beep before disconnecting. Service has become exhausting. I will try them again another day and update from there.

We have been going to Kwan's for the last 20+ years. I've seen them go from full dine in to just carry out. I can honestly say, you will not find another place like Kwan's. The food has been consistent and so good, like this is the place you go to if you want that comfort food when you have a crap day, you can rely on them. Sweet and sour chicken is always crispy and has fresh veggies and pineapple. Like honestly, I have not found another place that makes their sweet and sour chicken like this place. House lo mein, if you have not had it...just try it! Super flavorful! Shrimp fried rice, beef with broccoli, warbar, subgum with beef are good too. Staff is friendly and it's decently priced.

We ordered Kwans for dinner tonight. We ordered the sesame chicken meal it came with an egg roll and chicken fried rice. We also ordered crab Rangoon. The plus side, portions were good size. It tasted terrible! The sesame chicken was mushy and was swimming in sub par sauce. It was like thick sweet and sour sauce with some hoisin sauce added and sesame seeds. The fried rice was not good either. It was a dark dark brown like it had been drowned in soy sauce. The chicken it was mushy too. The egg rolls had a weird smell to the filling. I put crab Rangoon up there as my favorite Chinese appetizer. There's was just ok. They were kind of cold and just average. Def won't be back.

I like coming here because not only is it close to the house but the owner is super chill. Won't lie I have called up here to order food super close to closing or even after closing a few times and he still takes my order and allows me to come get my food. Egg rolls are gas and I love the Lo Mein!
