I totally drop the ball making dinner today. So, we jumped into the truck and drove down the main road.At least we narrowed it down right away to Indian / Pakastani cuisine. We came across Kolachi and decided to give it a try. This restaurant is primarily a take-out restaurant. They do have an extremely small dining area inside that accommodates 6 - 8 people max.Additionally, there is seating outside with heaters if needed. We decided to eat inside of getting take-out.We ordered Beef Nihari( spiced beef cooked in brown gravy ), butter chicken, beef seekh kabob( mix spiced beef ), and chicken tikka lek ( marinated in mixed spices and grilled ).Each entrée is served with Naan( a flat bread ) or rice. My wife also had a mango lassi. One after the other for a total of three. Does this tell you how good they are ?All in all, dinner was very good.I would the gravy for the Beef Nihari to be thicker, although this is a personal choice. The lady who was running the front house of the restaurant was nice enough. My only critique is the price of the food. Its not cheap at all. e.g. A chicken tikka leg quarter. Cost $9.52 with tax. You should get two leg quarters for this price. Note : This place has a good take-out business.Your food will take a while to be made but it is worth the wait. Will I go back ? Yes.
