One out of three ice creams were good. Two of us ordered butter pecan and ours were icee not creamy. One person ordered peanut butter and it was creamy and was enjoyed. We will try again maybe we ordered wrong as we've never been here before

What's better on a hot day than cold ice cream? Nothing! I love trying the myriad of one-of-a-kind little ice cream spots around Michigan that open just for the summer so natch I had to swing by King Kone when I was out and about recently. The drive-through is closed, but since driving while licking can be hazardous anyway, it didn't matter to me. Especially since there are plenty of tables with umbrellas out back where you can sit and enjoy whatever you choose. And, man, are there a lot of choices! Service was quick and the ice cream was good to the last drip!

Excellent customer service! In addition to that, the ice cream concoctions they make is in a class by itself! My family and I go out for ice cream regularly and this place hands down is one of the best! Highly recommend from my family, to yours!

Moved to the area about 6 months ago and loved going to King Kone with my wife and son. Never had any issues going through drive through on our bikes. Tonight we ride up there at 10:05pm and denied service because we where on our bicycles. Ok no problem we will order online and pick it up nope they closed online orders at 10:05 yet they don't close until 11pm. Very disappointing but we will take our business elsewhere from now on.

My first time trying out this ice cream shop. They have so many options! Plus they have vegan options as well and they are good! I had the strawberry shortcake with vegan ice cream and vegan whip cream. It was great! I will be back! They have drive thru too.
