Everything delicious especially the hot and sour soup! I usually order the pad Thai with shrimp. Very nice sized portions and flavorful.

Kam's is solely a takeout spot but in the summer there are some tables outside. I would recommend calling ahead and placing your order. The food is a decent but not very flavorful. It was mostly sweet rather than a more well rounded meal. The fried rice is pretty good and the spring roll is very yummy. For a quick eats it's a great spot.

I ate here as a kid when they first opened. I would walk over and order Chinese fried shrimp all the time. I just moved back to the area and went to try it again and it was so good!! I got beef with tofu which was so good and so flavorful and a chicken fried rice which was also so good.

Used to love this place. The quality of the food has been going downhill recently. I won't be returning. Sad.

Consistently good comfort food. They will addspice to dishes if you like. The egg foo yung has got very yummy gravy sauce. I like to get the lo mein as well. The almond cookies are very good with tea. Made quickly. Good portions.

You never know a place till you try it unfortunately this place was horrible, once we got past the food leaking everywhere nothing was hot, the chicken was fatty and greasy my daughter got some soup that she threw out and the shrimp was under cooked. Horrible experience we threw it all out.

We had been wanting to try this place since we first saw it. We walked over for the Berkeley Parade on Friday before the Woodward Dream Cruise. We ordered a beef and broccoli dinner and a large wonton soup. The order took all of ten minutes. The beef and broccoli was average. The wonton soup was good. But they don't give you the crispy wonton strips- a real let down.

Food quality has gone down big time. Kind of a bland taste. The steak is so chewy It's very hard to chew. Soup is decent but the wontons are so soggy. I was really surprised. It was much better when Moe owned it. She knew what she was doing and didn't scrimp on gravy, spices, etc. and now, for the second time I've been overcharged by more than five dollars. I won't be returning.

Just to update. This place is a roll of the dice. The first time I went here the food was AMAZING. That was a long time ago. This is a good drive for me so for me to make the trip, says a lot. One time it's great, another time they barely put any sauce on your food. It's like they keep hiring and firing cooks. Honestly compared to all the horrible Chinese restaurants around Metro Detroit, it's by default one of the best. But that's not saying much. One big annoyance is the combination meal being served with "extra rice" rather than an egg roll. If you ask for an egg roll, they'll give it to you, but why should you have to ask? I still go here on rare occasions. Also, they aren't open on Mondays.
