Service was great! Party of 3 and I ordered Philly Chessteak and it was delicious! Added a side of Italian dresimg and a little mayo with extra mushrooms. My son ordered Quesidilla and he loved it! 3rd ordered a butrito - the size was huge but good

The food is surprisingly good at this little bar in Taylor. All the Friday fish fry specials were excellent, especially the cod which had a light tasty batter and was clearly hand dipped in house. For a lighter option try the blackened walleye which was great. Perch and several varieties of shrimp are also available. Each comes with coleslaw, two hush puppies, and choice of fries or baked potato. The hush puppies were tiny and they give a huge amount of tartar sauce which went to waste. The pizza was also great and the cheese bread is the size of a medium pizza. Food took awhile to come out but the bar was totally full on Friday night. Prices were fair. Jukebox playing rock, both classic and Kid. Everyone was satisfied with their mixed drinks and our pop and iced tea were continuously refilled by our extremely friendly server. Give it a try next Friday!

Visited today for lunch with an old friend. My buddy had the steak hoagie and I had chicken strips. He liked the sandwich and the chicken strips were a healthy portion and very tasty. Good crowd there for a Thursday afternoon! Will be back to try their burgers!

Food, service and waitstaff are great & friendly. Good place to sit back and relax! They offer a great memu and I haven't had anything that was prepared perfectly.

JP's just started an open mic night for musicians and singers that is hard to imagine is bringing customers into the place but time will tell. It drove me OUT tonight sooner than normal due to the very high pitch singing by both the women and men that I am certain will draw a crowd of neighborhood dogs. While I give credit to most people brave enough to perform in front of a crowd it was excruciating for me tonight. The chicken strip and potato strips were noticeably smaller than the other times I've been here in recent months. Whether that's a result of a different cook or an alternative to raising prices is no clear.

So I have been to this place twice and it is now becoming something of a favorite. It isn't a place I think of as a 'go to' when the weekend hits - not a regular destination spot for me - because it feels like a 'locals place' and I'm not usually in for that. I'm starting to change my tune.We went last Saturday at 5, and as usual the place is busy. We managed to find spots at the bar and the first good sign? My beer was cold. Service was slow but that's as expected these days, the girls behind the bar were busy and not just lolling around.The second good sign? The food. Their French Onion Soup was as good as anyone's, hot, with noticeable breading, onions and melted cheese, wow.My girlfriend had potato skins and they were good, crispy skin and melted cheese. My only complaint is the same as always, they just leave too much potato meat in them these days, I miss when they scooped it out and it was mainly fillings.My corned beef sandwich was great, plenty of corned beef and ,melted swiss.I thought the service was just fine and friendly, just be prepared for a crowd and a little bit of a wait, pretty much anytime of the day.

Our favorite bar downriver. It's a mix of dive bar, but with a modern touch. Food and drink are great. Only issue ever is not enough staff on when it's busy.

First time here the burgers are very large and filling for a good value . I did not have a drink and I have not had more food then the food pictured in the review. I'm Gonna take some liberties and say this place has the best burger in Taylor michigan. #taylor #michigan #best #burger #bbit

Edit: fixed two typos.Have ordered in and carried out from here a few times. Always, hot, fresh and consistent.I get the Buffalo chicken tenders. They're huge and plenty of food for lunch. Comes with three large pieces.
