Joyology - Auburn Hills

The service was great, the selection was vast, the value was premium...every time I leave Joyology I leave with a smile. Tyra was our budtender and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I'm blessed to have this dispensary so close to home.

Terrible cashier. Tried to pronounce the Tier 1 rosin collab I bought and started laughing halfway thru saying and was like yeah "haha yeah" great. So you don't know anything bout the most premium products you sell. Great. Then forgets to put said rosin in my bag. So I made it 20 minutes on my way to work and had to turn around and come pick it up, making me late for work. The staff laughed at the mistake and it was anything but funny to me. Nothing was offered to me as incentive and I have been a loyal customer for at least a year. Not going back. Too many options out there with better products and cheaper prices!

Update review....5 stars for the owner who cares about his business enough to reach out to me. Although I did not have the interaction I was hoping for with one employee, I understand that next time may be different.

Tempted to leave 3 stars but the people inside the place are really nice and the location is good. The only thing that really sketches me out about this place is they have NEVER given me an official metric tag on any product I've gotten from here. Nothing that states the batch code, test tag, testing lab facility, etc. just "joyology - 28g" .... I know there is more information that is supposed to be given to your customers than that

Update: I can appreciate the General Manager reaching out to me to discuss what happened and to try and make it right. I was provided a credit to my account for the inconvenience. Changing my to -------I used this location regularly as it's super close to my house. I placed a delivery order an hour before close it took about 20 minutes to get a call for payment and then I did. He was very short with me on the phone - which wasn't a problem for me but he asked for my card info and told me a driver would be heading to me in 10 minutes and to have a good night. I waited and waited and realized it was over 20minutes at that point and past their closing time so I called and obviously no answer because they were closed. My delivery never came, after I was charged for it. So I had to reach out the next day to find out what happened and when I called I asked to speak directly to a manager. I explained to her what happened with confusion and she asked my name and put me on hold, next thing I know some guy picks up just saying "Yeah this is Matt" so confused me said "Hello", he said "This is Matt" so I told him now I'm confused, I called to find out what happened with my order last night, she put me on hold and now your talking to me.. he said "I'm the dispatcher, I'll make you my delivery this morning but it required me to go back online and place another order just to account for their records. No apology, no free lighter or anything. I felt it was super unprofessional because if delivery was no longer available he should have just said that and not took my payment.

The low reviews I believe are unfair. I've never had a bad product from here yet. The prices are good and you earn points for your purchases. The in-store staff are friendly and I like the setup of the store. The delivery drivers are cool too. Lastly, I enjoy that they sell products that were harvested this year because marijuana loses potency after a year.

service was terrible. you shouldn't be asking people if they going to tip. work for it! you just stand there putting stuff in a bag, wasn't even a good experience to where I even wanted to leave a tip! Made me feel uncomfortable! pleasantrees 10x better!!

Prices are really good here and they always have good deals. They are always busy but I never have to wait long. They have a really good selection of brands. Best wax selection in the area. Izzy was my budtender last time I was in and she was super friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and helped me find the right medication.
