The customer service. Every time someone from my family calls in an order they tell them its under Bill and every time I go to pick it up they ask me what did I order. What is the POINT asking who the order is for if you don't write the name down. This time same thing and she forgot to give me my drink. Had to drive all the way back. And when I got there she just handed me the cup, no apology or anything. Terrible customer service. Looking for new spot to spend my money.

Sooooo!! This is only my 2nd time visiting here. If I had to go off of this time, i wouldn't be back. Thankfully my first time was good! The first time I had bacon, sausage, eggs and pancakes. The pancakes are huge but taste like absolute cardboard. Like no flavor just a pancake. I don't really LIKE pancakes so it needs to be made a certain way for me to eat it and that wasn't it lolThe bacon is what brought me back! It looked and seemed like a Ohop bacon almost! There's so many pieces! This time unfortunately my bacon was burnt, like you could taste the burnt on there so i was sad about that. The sausage was good! It's a nice size and flavorful but lemme warn u baby it's $5.00 for a side! I got the breakfast special before 11am and it being 7.99 to me is just ridiculously high lol I got wheat bread which was a bore! Most folks ask you, which one and they didn't! I was sad! My eggs were nice and fluffly and my hash browns could of been cooked with a little Butter Ghee or something. Still not bad.

One of my favorite Coney Islands right outside the downtown area and near Grosse Pointe. It's 24hrs/6 days a week I think they are closed Sundays (open until 7am Sunday morning). There is a bit of a wait and the drive thru line can get long, but for for late night food I don't mind the wait. Food is made to order which is nice to know you're going to getting something hot and fresh. Although it's not the healthiest option it's better than some of the other alternatives at 3am. My favorite thing to order at any Coney Island is the Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken. The portions here are amazing, they pack that styrofoam container to the brim and don't skimp on the chicken either. I've also ordered the shrimp basket, which is good. It's far from jumbo shrimp or anything like Miley & Miley but agajn, at 3am to have some freshly fried shrimp that's piping hot and crunchy I'm not complaining. Its also fairly clean inside, well lit, and the prices are decent. My go to Coney in that area.

After attending an NFL game in Detroit a few weeks back, I was looking for a take out restaurant that had grilled food on the menu near the hotel I was staying at. Something to go with Sunday Night Football :-). An online search revealed Joseph's has a possibility and I am very glad I made the choice to go there. I had their Grilled Chicken Salad and it was excellent. The salad had a bed of lettuce and was covered with grilled chicken strips. There was also a cut up whole boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese. It also came with sliced pita bread. There were numerous dressing choices of which I picked raspberry vinaigrette. It's not a fancy looking place, but it was well lit and customers were waiting in line at the drive thru and the lobby, which is where I got my meal. The menu had plenty of fried food, but I will go back there again for that salad.

Every time I door dash there, they don't give me the buy one get one coney that they are offering. I even called and talked to the lady and asked if I get the buy one get one coney when I do door dash. She said yes smh.

I went to this Coney Island for a couple of days back to back 4 to be exact before and after work because the food was good. At first, everything was good. The food was fresh and hot. I guess it was too good to be true. I went back before my shift at work for a Greek salad with extra onions. I get to work, and on my first break, I'm looking forward to the same fresh salad I ordered the day before. To my surprise, there were NO onions. I was disappointed. I called and explained to the young lady that answered the phone. She asked my name, and I advised that it was not a call-in. I came through the drive-through. She asked if you wanted to come back. I advised that I was at work. She said okay and HUNG UP THE PHONE! I called back, and she put me on hold, and Jeff asked what time I came. In stated at 4, he then said next time you come, I'll give you onions no charge. I said, "Okay, thanks." So I actually went after work because I wanted a coney (Lite chili with EXTRA ONIONS) The girl that took my order said she could not honor what Jeff said because he didn't tell anyone about it, and they couldn't give away FREE FOOD!(I paid for something that I DID NOT GET) She said to come back on his shift (3pm to 12am)I said, "No problem."So after getting my coney combo that I ordered with, lite chili and EXTRA ONIONS(THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR AGAIN) Guess what, it was a coney with EXTRA CHILI AND VERY LITTLE ONIONS! I tried calling as I was still in the parking lot. No one answered, "I had to drive back around and wait again in line to get my coney. At which time my fries are now COLD!! UNACCEPTABLY
