We were a large group visiting from California and the hotel staff told us this place was a must!! We all ordered the chicken and the fish and it was so delicious!! We ended up placing an order for wings to go to our tailgate party before the big game!! Given our large party, the food came out very fast and the staff treated us like family! Very welcoming!! We will definitely be back!! This place is a must try!!!

Ordered through Uber eats the chicken was great but I also ordered fish and sides and only received a 12pc for $50 plus delivery tip and they did not care at all when I called the store uber better give me some of my money back or I'm canceling them also so hard to find good workers these days.

J&j Fish on 8 Mile in Detroit Michigan has the best chicken wings, wing dings and fried fish in town, very crispy well coated. I've had the catfish and the white fish before. This is one of my go to's for chicken, wings and fish.

This place used to be the beat on 8 mile. However, since covid happened it has went down hill. Food is not hot, over cooked, and the potions have gotten smaller. For example instead of getting 2 whole filets of catfish they now cut filets in quarters. i know all the jazz about raising cost because of covid. I'm a culinary/MSF graduated. So I know all about food cost. Instead of lowering prices for the lowered amount of food that is given this establishment chose to raise prices AND GIVE LESS FOOD.I'll take my business to nu wave or captain jays. You guys need to get it together. Food was horrible!!!!!! Probably will never come back to this place again. I wish i could give negative stars.
