Jillian's Tavern

My wife and I enjoyed dinner here last Friday . Ashley provided excellent service. We tried both the conventional Cod fish and chip dinner as well as the Perch platter. Both my wife and I agree that the food was of excellent quality . We shared a lava cake for dessert and other than the fact that it took awhile for it to be prepared, we could find nothing else we were unhappy with . We will return another time when in the area.

We have been coming here for years. Until now that it is jillians tavern....it's terrible now. Just made our last visit tonight. Gambling, multiple people at the table next to use vaping. Server only cared about the regulars (the vaping people). French onion soup is just a bowl of salt. So sorry we have to check this off of our local business to support.

My husband and I have been to this bar with friends several times when it was Sugarbush Tavern. The food was great and great service too. Went today and now it's Jillian's Tavern. I ordered the nachos supreme. It wasn't barely warm and I found a long blonde hair in it. Sooo disappointed. A friend of mine and I sat and talked for a little while and decided to have dessert. The menu says they have Sanders Hot Fudge. It definitely was not Sanders but more like Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. The desserts weren't bad but definitely would have been alot better with Sanders Hot Fudge. Our waitress was really nice. Would I go back? Probably. The food is good and it's a nice bar. I just hope they are more careful when they fix the food.

Get the order right training your people to take a order right 3rd time this hasn't happen Done P.S. please BRING BACK SUGARBUSH...LAST TIME

Not bad the bartenders and waitresses are really nice. The food is decent a little pricey, but not bad.

We were Sugarbush regulars, and I ate here with my family of 4 adults and the service was absolutely the worst service we have ever received. The salt and pepper shakers at the table were sticky and filthy and when we asked the hostess who was delivering our food for new ones, she stated that she would let our server know. Took 10 minutes to get new shakers and when we finally received them, they were slammed on the table along with our drink refills. The waitress wouldn't come back to check on our table or ask us if we needed anything. When I tried to call her over after leaving another table, I was ignored. I thought, okay... maybe she didn't hear us. But, then it happed a couple more times. Finally, I asked the hostess if we could speak to a manager, she stated that they didn't have a manager and that he was in Florida. I asked who is in charge and she responded that they just kind of fend for themselves. A few minutes later a bartender came by to drop off a drink and I asked her about not having a manager, she told me that they do and that she doesn't know why the hostess would say that. We then spoke with the manager and explained that the service was unacceptable. She did offer to comp our appetizer, but we weren't interested in being comped anything, just wanted them to be aware of the service we received and that the hostess had lied to us about the manager. Will not be back and will definitely not recommend to others.

The service was horrible so we didn't tip the waitress. She prosecuted to come outside and throw the change at us and then flipped us off. Then we called the restaurant to speak to the manager. She answered the ohone and continued to scream at me on the phone. I definitely not recommend the restaurant. The food was absolutely horrible. DO Not patronize this restaurant and maybe she'll learn how to do our job.

Food is good. Since we don't drink, at times we feel service is less attentive. Nice neighborhood place!

Absolutely obsessed with the hammy Sammy I will stop before work just to grab that food. The atmosphere feels calm and peaceful. Service is perfect.
