I enjoyed lunch at Jillian's today and was very happy to see that they've increased their Vegetarian options which makes me want to patronize their business even more.I not only dined in-house, I also brought food home for a couple of family members and one of them happens to be a Vegetarian as well. I ordered "Nacho Supreme" (NO MEAT) got home and we discovered that it had meat all throughout. Checked the receipt, it clearly read, "No Meat" in bright RED letters. I go back, the cooks are a little grumpy about it but accommodate my request.I get it though, they are busy and it is a special request however, and I really do appreciate it and sincerely thank you for the extra effort put forth so that we can enjoy our meals as well.The Cashier and my waitress were super nice about it... especially my waitress (Alysa). Thank you ladies for being so gracious. I ordered the Greek Wrap with Fries and you know fries are excellent if they are still delicious even when they are cold! Correction: my fries were hot when brought to the table, I was talking and they got cold but we're still delicious. That's the sign of a great fry! Good job chef!Go support this location! They do wonderful things for the community and deserve our support in return.

Long week, left work over an hour late and had to make a stop on the way home... last thing I felt like doing was cooking. So what do I see? The sign for Jillian's... Hmm, hubby always is happy with a salad. I order a chicken Caesar, extra chicken for him, and a Greek extra feta for me. They were ready in less than ten minutes! When we opened our containers, our jaws literally hit the floor. The salads were absolutely HUGE!!! His was loaded with chicken, mine was loaded with feta, and frankly all the other veggies that make me love a Greek salad and yes, the dressing was PINK! They were delicious!!! Jillian's for the WIN!!!

I've gone here a ton over the past several years. The food has always been pretty good here (and Jillians north). Over the past few times, The food had been sliding downwards. It had been about 5 months, so I stopped in within the last couple weeks. The place was not nearly as busy for a lunch rush as it used to be.The waitress was great and on point. However, the food was just ok. We ordered 2 Chicken strip pitas, a cup of chili with cheese and onions, a side of chili cheese fries, and one pop. The taste fries and chili were good. The chicken on the pitas were just ok. The breading was a bit thick and just seemed meh. All of this was still managebale until we got the bill. The small cup of chili was 5.25 then they added 1.50 for cheese and .50 for onions.The pitas were about 10 each which was average for today's pricesThe deluxe option for chili chees fries was an addtional 5+ something.Over all for 2 people my bill was $40 not including tip.I was pretty mad about the 7.25 small cup of chili. I mean $2 for a sprinkle of cheese and onions?I'm not saying don't go. But being that the quality has slipped and the prices have skyrockted I most likely won't be back.

This place looks like a typical Coney island but the food is definitely not typical. We were in the area and just randomly chose to eat here. I would definitely go back since their menu had some really good sounding choices. I got a Greek salad and they have a choice of pink dressing or the traditional Greek salad dressing. I got the pink dressing and it was so thick and delicious. My friend got two coney dogs and said they were delicious.Our waitress was so attentive and genuinely sweet that we actually commented to each other on the way home from the restaurant. Prices are reasonable, service is superb, restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. What more could you ask for! I rarely give 5 stars but this place definitely deserves 5 stars!!

Place used to be good.. now prices went up and quality went down.. You would think if your name has coney Island in it.. the coney would be decent. Shriveled and tasted like it was made yesterday and warmed up. Got coney fries as well. They were hard and cold. Sorry, I won't be back.
