I have stopped into JSP many times and have always had a great experience at this laid-back, fun spot! As a local, they are a go-to for delicious burgers and drink specials. They also have karaoke on Friday nights and fish fry specials, including perch and coconut shrimp dinners. I recently ordered a coconut shrimp dinner for carryout and was super impressed! The service is always fast and friendly, even when the place is packed. They are also great for catering!

Great corner bar! Really had a good meal and the service was great. I had a Maurice Salad and my friend a fantastic burger and REALLY good pork rinds. I'll be back. I've heard karaoke night is really fin!!

1st. Timer ! Not quite a dive bar place- but close ! Shared a garbage can burger- loaded with bacon, onion rings, lettuce- special sauce. Plus a never frozen burger. Was huge came with fries. All tasted good . Added in 2 tall draft beers. With tip $$24. Not shabby .

The service was great, we had a party of 6 or 7. They really did a nice job fixing the place up. It looks great. The bad thing, the damn smoker's going in and out of the door exhaling as they came by when your eating. The food around the table was great! Surprisingly they have an amazing Maurice salad. I'm not a salad guy, but for nostalgia I had to try it. It was great and huge! The burgers looked great too! Maybe next time.

The food and service is excellent. I did feel that the price was a little high but I guess that goes with the times.

Nine ladies had lunch today at JSP. Our waitress, Kayla M. was great! She was working alone plus tending bar. We didn't wait long for service & food came up in a timely manner. Everything was wonderful, large salads, juicy burgers & crunching onion rings. Great job Kayla!! We will be back for sure.

My wife and I eat here at least once a month and we haven't had any major issues that the staff didn't take care of. I was unsure of the place at first but it has grown on me. Steak sub is good, mucho nachos stacked higher than your glass.

Food is to expensive and not as fresh or as good as it looks. Wait staff are great but management leaves a lot to be desired.

Went there on a Friday and the special was Perch. Waitress paid more attention to the bar patrons than the people dining. Local bar with local patrons. The perch was over breaded, very crunchy, cold and greasy. It is served with 3 hush puppies that looked like rocks. Ordered sweet potato fries and they were cold and greasy. Husband ordered coconut shrimp and said it was cold and greasy. You would think that it being a Friday special the food would have been hot. Waitress brought the check and never asked how the food was or nothing. Won't be going back there; will be heading over to Terry's Terrace and get a decent meal for an extra couple bucks.

We absolutely love the food here and the service is great! If you didn't know they offer catering too! I ordered an antipasto salad for a party of 25 yesterday and it was hands down the best we've ever had!
