JARS Cannabis - Mt. Clemens

I've never had a bad experience here. Any time I've had issues with a product (not their fault) the service to correct it is always above and beyond. Online ordering is always quick, and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes when shopping in store. The prices here are so much better than what I'm used to on the west side. I don't do a ton of shopping outside of my usual vapes, but I wouldn't be upset if I saw some new varieties, especially with live resin. I also recognize that new inventory is largely dependant on the suppliers, and the selection thus far has been more than enough. Also, thank you for allowing me to bring my emotional support chihuahua in his carrier bag. He loves his Jars visits and all the love!! :)

constant returning customer- leaving my 5 star review tonight after having my best experience yet with Jars as a whole! literally love pretty much everybody who works at every location!! I order online a lot to avoid store commotion (which sucks bec you still have to go inside this location even if you order a pick up...[centerline- they still curbside which I love most!] but still most convenient) i especially love the light skinned lady at the front counter with the pretty makeup and gorgeous lashes (keep forgetting to ask her name!) but normally I'd rate this store a 3 (due to no curbside fr, loudness, commotion and semi-lack of organization) but last night, with only 8 minutes to spare, bud tender-Juliana and manager-Emin (I think/hope is the right name ) swooped in to save the day!! after ordering online, picking up and getting home; I thought I was given the wrong item but due to the web description being incorrect, they were able to swap out my order (which is unheard of!) and made sure I was taken care of with only having 8 mintues left till store closing!! that's what I call family like service right there!! thank you Juliana and Emin, you guys and Jars rocks my socks!!

Well... definitely not an in & out process, at all. Even when you place an online order. The check-in line was a little long. Then they have you wait in a front seated area. Once they get going now doing the recreational, it'll get faster. Hopefully. Will update to 5 stars depending on how the was.

Guys I love your place, but when you advertise spend $100 and receive $170+ worth of stuff for Black Friday, it would do you justice to take out the receipt from my free goodie bag that clearly says you're being shady. The receipt showed there was for $133+ worth of stuff in my bag. 14 items including the $1.00 gift bag. It's bad practice I can bring the receipt in if you'd like to see it.

They tricked me into go there on black Friday cause supposedly you spend $50 you get a $150 goody bag! It's was all bullshit! Got the prepackaged flower for $100 and it was probably the worst shit I have smoked in 30 years!! I had to throw it awa6 it was so bad!! If you want to waist $ on bullshit that sucks then that's your store!! The flower in my hand I payed the same price at a different dispo and look at the quality difference. I can't even hold any nugs in that bag cause they all fall apart! Horrible product for a huge price! Wouldn't recommend to even the novice smoker!

I usually never have an issue and I normally receive a text to leave a review. Coincidentally the time I have a bad experience I don't receive one. The guy Josh that helped me was extremely rude, I understand he says he couldn't give me the discount that has been done before but his attitude was crazy. Then I overhear him go back to speak to the manager and Amber and said "to get your friend" very unprofessional. Will not be returning even though I came here often considering my friend is one of the bud tenders.

been going here since opening. walked in today looked the security guard said "hello" guy just stares at me. greets everyone walking in the door behind me, ok. girl at the desk tells me my license is expired. some one from behind the door comes out and calls my name to come back, girl at desk notifies the person I can't come back because of my expired license. takes me 20 minutes or so to pull up my renewal from the secretary state website. bring it to the girl up front, tells me to sit down because my order from 8 or 9 this morning isn't ready yet its now almost 5:00. was ready 20 minutes before. so now I know the place is "treating me". in my disgust I left, 20 minutes later after I got home I get a text that it's ready. I work for a living, and will never go back there. to many other dispensaries with better deals / people !

I super love the customer service their awesome the strands are awesome and the location as well
